I called Bryan to fix one side of my home that had a sagging gutter. He informed me that the gutters needed cleaning, so I told him to go ahead and clean the gutters then make the repairs. He told me he did not have the required parts to make the repairs, but he would clean the gutters and be back later that week to make the repairs. I paid for the cleaning. When he did not return that week to do the repairs, I called him, and he said he would be there the next day to do the repair. He never showed up and I never heard from him again. Very irresponsible and I would not advise dealing with him.

Kept me informed of his arrival time. I discussed several areas of concern which he handled. Very polite and responsive. I am having him replace several gutters. Cleanup was excellent.

Bryan responded quickly and we scheduled an appointment. I had an issue with one of my gutters as it had become unattached at the end and Bryan fixed it for me. He also let me know that the Fascia board where the gutter had become unattached was probably going to need to be replaced in the near future. Very reasonable prices and I will use Sargent Services again in the future.

Sargent is reliable and does everything they say they will do. The results were excellent.
