Description of Work: An employee came to my house to fix a chip in my windshield. After insisting I wait inside while he work, I noticed him going around my car wiping all the windows down. I did not request this, nor did he ask if I minded he do it. The chip was repaired, I put my car back into the garage and left it there over night. When I went to drive it the next morning, I noticed a very large crack extending down from the top of my windshield. I called the company back demanding they repair it but they said bc the crack didn't originate from the chip they repaired they weren't taking responsibility. My car was only 2 weeks old, the crack was not there before they came, and nothing happened to it overnight as I park in my secure garage. The manager I spoke with refused to work with me and wanted to charge me for a whole new windshiled. What a scam.

Description of Work: Not sure of the exact date of the repair as it was early this year. |Had a chip repaired in the windshield. The repair was excellent and they handled everything with my insurance. The shop was very busy and while they got me in as fast as possible I did have an extended wait.
