The first appointment was scheduled for between 11&12 he was a no show no call. When I found out he hadn't shown I text him, no answer, emailed him, got a message offering 50% off for inconvenience, said he would be there by 6pm. He showed up an hour & a half early, luckily my brother was at my parents house. He had my brother dig the yard to get to the access pipe, had my brother get a bucket of water to poor in the pipe, he stood & watched. Would he make my 85 year old dad do it if he was there? Said he couldn't snake, it would need hydro jetting & would cost $600, mind you that's half off. I did my research to find out the common price for it is between $500-600. I text him questioning the price & he says I must have the wrong number. I emailed him. He sent some nasty messages back to me, see pictures. VERY bad business owner. And rude just because I caught him trying to cheat my elderly parents out of money.

After several contacts back and forth appt was scheduled to get work done. 2nd in line for day. Then pushed back to 3rd. Then he just never bothered showing up wont answer any phone calls text messages or emails. Dont waste your time.

Came to the house, mis-diagnosed the problem. Charged $85 for nothing. Had to call another plumber to resolve the problem, which by the way was quite simple in nature!

They did not provide any costs at the outset of the job. They told me I was going to need a "floor break" for a floor drain backup. They also told me the pipe was crushed in the floor when he got the top off and that they were going to have to dig out into the driveway. After I continued to ask questions about all of this, they quoted me way overcharged me for cutting the top off the sewer line. In addition, they wanted another $450 to snake the floor drain and the sewer line. When I spoke to the company I did have do the work, they informed me that this price was "outrageous" The guy did not have the sewer cap when he first did the work, came back with the wrong size and had to make an additional trip. 10/5/2013 Follow up: owner called and said the rating was too low and asked what they could do to make it up to me. I was offered other services at a discount, however i wouldn't have them back. I told the owner about the offer from the employee to snake the drain for cash. The owner stated that he would be fired and then offered my money back, which I accepted. It was nice they offered to clean it up at all.

They did a good job. They fixed the problem and that was all I cared about. They were nice and they came out on a Sunday. They told me that they were going to be the last plumbers in the house because I already had three plumbers prior to them. They told me that I was not going to have any more problems and so far I have not had any more problems.

Went very well, they showed up on time, completed the job and cleaned up.

I though the price was way high when other contractors were quoting me $75 to $150 over the phone. They did have to replace my plug and snake out 90' of drain. They were there about 20 minutes. They did show up on relatively short notice.
