They were very competent. I passed my inspection without any problems at all.

This was a comprehensive inspection. They did such a good job that I hired them to address the issues that they found.

Mr. Electric did call the day before, as I had requested before service. I was informed of the time and electrician's name. Chuck also called within the hour prior to arrival. He noticed and repaired my initial problem. DONE! He reviewed all electric outlets indoor & outdoors. He did recommendations and answered my questions confidently. I would definitely use or refer Mr. Electric for future service.

Very well. Steve was the electrician who did the work at my place. I was impressed with his professionalism and the pride he took in his work. Although he's a relatively young man, he has an "old school" work ethic that I greatly respect. I got three bids for this job. Mr Electric's was reasonable, and much more fair than other "Big Deal" electrical contractors on this site. Although the job ran a little longer than originally expected, and Steve had to come back a second day, I was not asked for payment until the work was completed. Mr. Electric earned my trust and I will use them again for some other projects around the house.

Took time and effort to solve several problems at once without my asking, and called to return to finish job without extra charge when the figured out another issue. Great service and great treatment of the customer.

The whole process was great. The men arrived on time, Were very neat, They explained the whole process in detail. They had a vey hard time moving appliances, but did an incredible job.The power was not off as long as expected. They left everything in order.

It went very well. The guy showed up a bit late, and he didn’t describe the special offer I had bought perfectly. However, he worked hard and stayed until the job was done. He told me that we would have to put in a new, dedicated circuit to charge my Chevy Volt at 12 amps without blowing a fuse. He identified the problem with two kitchen lights and he waited while I went and bought a replacement for the main one, then he installed it.

Called to install my wi-fi thermostat that I had bought and had some installation issues for me to do on my own.. As luck would have it, they provided same day service. Job was done to expectations. Had a billing glitch. The price quoted on the phone was not the price the installer charged to my credit card. I noticed the error the next day, called Mr. Electric. To my surprise, a check was already in the mail for the difference. WOW These days it is hard to find honest business people who stand by their word.

Technician was prompt and courteous. He advised that the "home inspection" I purchased was not needed and diagnosed and replaced a faulty main breaker. Advised about future work I may need done and explained why/cost. Sent emails with invoice, quotes, information. Very professional. And I'm very thankful they were able to squeeze me in during regular working hours, saving me cost of having to emergent have someone come after hours. Sue, who handled coordinating and appointments, was very helpful and considerate. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Our person was Sam. He was great! He cleaned up the mess from our previous install. He arrived on time, smelled great and was very friendly. He even put up with our two barking dogs.

The electrician was very knowledgable, which I expected for a Master Electrician. He was patient with me asking him many questions. I needed to know what was needed to pass inspection by the City if the home was turned into a rental and he knew this.
