He put 7 holes in our wall. 5 were small, 2 were slightly bigger than outlet covers. We had to patch and repair the wall a lot. Disappointed we paid so much for such destruction that caused us hours of work to repair. The electrician himself was a nice kid, on time, cordial.

Very thorough and professional. Made several recommendations to improve the safety of my home.

The guy came out. He was very nice. He looked at the electrical in all of my rooms and the basement. He gave some tips. He knew what he was talking about.

Mr. Electric never showed up for the appointment, did not call.

I completed the order and selected the dates that I wanted the service. I gave it a week, but no one from Mr. Electric called or e-mailed me to confirm, change or cancel the dates. So I canceled the order. I figured that they didn't need my business or they were inundated with requests and were busy. Either way, I would have liked to have been given the heads up.

The assessment was thorough and was certainly worth the $49 promotional fee. The man who came was friendly, informative and open to questions and professional; gave good explanations. He arrived on time. I haven't started work yet - newborn in the home - but will begin work in a couple of months.

Very well, except that they did not conact me when I made the original purchase through an Angies List special in Nov. 2016. I finally called them to have the work done almost 4 months after I purchased it.

Went well. No problems whatsoever. Work appears to have been done well and as promised.

They called on Friday after 12 noon and left a message that they could perform the service on Monday from 12-2. I worked late on Friday so I returned the call Saturday morning and left a message with their live answering service confirming that Monday from 12-2 is good. I took the day off work on Monday. At 11 am on Monday, they called me to tell me the time slot is filled and that they would not be able to come out that day. The first day they were able to squeeze me in was 9 days later even though I informed them that I couldn't wait that long because of potential electric problems. I'm not sure why they offered the Monday time slot if they weren't intending to honor it. Also, why bother having a Saturday phone service if the taking of messages is not relevant to the scheduling process. Lastly, since electrical problems can create hazardous living conditions one would think that they would find a way to prioritize customers who have potential hazards that need to be corrected right away.

The offer for $899 for panel replacement soon escalated to about $3000 and with the generator connector, it came out to be about $3500. I wonder how many $899 deals are actually that price. Anyway, they were professional and are recommended for future work.

I made the appointment in February for March 31, 2017 between 12-2. I received a call on March 30, requesting a time change and another call again the same day of my appointment. I had another commitment for the morning which is why I chose an afternoon appointment. Inconvenient to receive calls for changes at the last minute. The technician completed the work in a timely manner and explained any questions I asked. He gave me estimates as well for some work I need done in the near future. My complaint with the technician has nothing to do with his purpose in coming to my home. I was offended by his discussion of his political leanings, which I found to be inappropriate and had nothing to do with our business. I would prefer no political or religious discussions with service people who come to my home. I am truly not interested!!!

It turned out well. He answered all my questions and he pointed out a couple of areas that would be a violation if my house were inspected. Did not charge additional beyond the big deal that was purchased. I called in advance to make the appointment for them to come out. The guys showed up early for the appointment. I didn't care to talk about politics with the worker. The service was very good. He went through every item on the check off list and explained it to me.

They were professional and on time. Good. It turned out well. Look them up and give them an try.

The electrician was very nice and arrived on time. He talked me through the inspection and pointed out some easy fixes. I will definitely consider hiring them again.

The unit was good for the first year. In November 2016, a red light came on, indicating a problem with the unit. The service person came out on 11/7/16. After examining the unit and attempting to start it, he said it "made a noise that sounded like an explosion." It needed a new flywheel and magnetos [after one year and $7600). We were left without a backup generator until 12/1/16, when the company could give us a whole morning to fix the unit. Of course, during that time, we had a power outage on 11/23/16, for 3-4 hours. The unit was repaired, and we were stuck paying for an annual maintenance warranty of $385 because if you don't maintain a generator, it will break down. On 12/4/16, my husband noticed a natural gas smell around the unit. The service person came out on 12/5/16 to adjust a fitting which he hadn't done properly because "he was distracted." A problem with paying up front to Angie's List - it is very difficult to determine what the actual discount is, because there are always adjustments and additions because of individual circumstances.

It went very well. The electrician was very professional. He was prompt and worked quickly to get the job done. He cleaned up everywhere he worked. We would hire this company again.

Shared a lot of information and was very knowledgeable. Clean and took care of the area. Made suggestions and did great work. Responsive, timely, good communication skills.

Nice, pleasant. Walked through the whole house and checked all the outlets.
