Installation was very smooth, pretty fast, and without incident.Technician was professional, prompt, and skilled.I had no complaints. Installation of the charge station was to the front of my house, which was not ideal, but there was not another place to put it easily - I would have had to wait until spring to have the installation in a different location and the price would have been significantly higher. It doesn't look as bad I was thought it might there, since all the hookups he installed were so cleanly done.

I called Mr Electric out due to needing a 220 line installed. He was very prompt, professional and courteous. He even gave me some advice on the best spot to put the 220 line. I would call Mr Electric again if I ever needed anything.

It went just beautifully. We were pleased. It covered us while we were on vacation – the generator kicked right on when the power went out. They were extremely good. We'd done our homework on both the companies and the product we wanted. We made the right choice.

When I called, I was quoted a price of $129.00 for the above service, which I might add is about $50.00 over the average I have recently learned. When the contractor finished, he charged me $300.20!!!! When I questioned this exhorbitant charge, he gave me a bunch a mumbled gumbled words about it being a chandelier rather than a flush mount light abd mumbled under his breath about the house call (like a doctor's house call). If I had not be alone and not stung with sticker shock, I would have refused to pay him more than the $129.00 I was quoted. I called Mr Electric the following day to ask them why I was charged this gross amount. The young lady that answered said she would pass on the message and I would be called back. I have not heard back. Oh by the way, the electrician did not give me a receipt and I guess I was too shocked at the time to consider asking for my receipt. I would never, ever use, nor recommend, Mr. Electric again. And I would suggest you remove them from your recommendation rolls. If you can look iinto this, I would appreciate it. ph: 586/286/2807. I purchased a "deal" for an inspection and an additional hour of labor of which I never received. The technician left without even telling my husband he was leaving. When he was called and asked where he was to do the work he said that he told him what needed to be done but because it was extra nothing would be done. What isn't extra? We weren't even given the option to pay for additional services. What a joke.

It went very well, and thrall and gave me a complete analysis of my electrical problems.

Everything was perfect. I got great on-the-phone service after I submitted an online request. I have a background in the electrical industry so I was very specific about what I wanted. Chuck Lumpkin, a master electrician, showed up on time and gave me a very fair estimate. I booked the work that day and scheduled it for a July 9. Chuck was prompt and did everything just as I expected. The biggest surprise was that he did no damage to my ceiling (drywall) when ripping out an old bath fan. He put in the new one and covered every mark. I chose and purchased all the equipment in advance and the only thing he needed to supply was the ductwork for the fan and a replacement photo-eye for an existing electrical fixture.

Mr.Electric worker came on right time and very polite. He explained very clearly and answered my questions and gave suggestions and options. I am not sure about the market rate

They were really helpful. They were very informative and willing to answer any questions i had. It was a great experience.

The service turned out alright. They were prompt. I did ask for estimates for other work and the estimates I thought were extremely high. I do not know price-wise if I would recommend them. He did not do anything much.

The electrician came out at the agreed upon time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed me that what I thought was a more serious problem was partly merely loose lightbulbs (never thought about how that "pitter-patter of little feet" could affect the light fixtures on the basement ceiling below.) I learned about the importance of the proper size exhaust fans and lots of other little things that were contributing to problems with my home. He also had a really good grasp of the proper placement of light fixtures for design and maximal effect. They are returning to do some additional work that I decided I wanted. No pressure, just good advice. I would recommend them.

Sam arrived on time. He was very professional and patient with all my questions/concerns. He checked the entire home to ensure no electrical damage to circuit wiring or outlets. Sam gave me a list of items not up to code, replaced two GFCI's and created an estimate for further work I would like to have done. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

It went very well. I was extremely pleased with Sam and the quality and professional service he provided. He tightened loose wires and ensured that my 18 year system was in perfect working order. He completed my electrical audit and as requested gave me a quote on a number of other electrical issues I had requested be looked at. I will certainly use Mr. Electric again. I simply have to purchase the electrical fixes of my choice and schedule the next job.

Everything went fine. Neutral connections were checked at both the breaker panel and at the meter and both were tightened slightly. My concern over potential safety issues was addressed.

I was completely satisfied. The electrician was very accommodating about having me point out all my issues and fixing them. I will have Mr. Electric back when I want them to replace the rest of the wired in smoke detectors and for anything else I may need in the future.

I contacted Mr. Electric for an estimate to install 2 electric plugs and hang a light. They did come right out, and the estimator was a very nice guy, however if ever the adage of getting 3 estimates held true it world here. Thankfully, I did get several estimates, as Mr. Electric was 4 times higher than any of the other estimates. Make sure you shop around

They arrived on time and completed the job in one day in extremely cold weather. All my questions were answered. We are grateful for the job being done so well.

Contractor arrived at requested date and time and installation went very smooth and quickly despite bad weather. Contractor cleaned up the area after completing the work.

The sales person was knowledgeable and his price was in the ballpark with my other Estimates. (I no it's minor) but he never bothered to clean his boots off or take then off, and we've had a lot of snow, plus the wife loves are newer oak floors......

I'll start by saying I'd have no hesitation calling Steve at Mr. Electric for my future home electrical needs. The service we received was fantastic- clean, professional, courteous, prompt. The service was conducted at my aunt's home. She's in her 80's, and admittedly I was concerned about her going through the process of finding an electrician to complete the installation of a whole-house generator she had purchased. The wiring in her home is strangely laid out, and in addition to installing the generator, she wanted her old faulty circuit breaker panels combined in to a single unit, traced back to what they control. She located Mr. Electric, and I checked them out on Angie's list before proceeding. I contacted another electrical company well-rated on Angie's List and received 2 quotes for the work. The quote from Steve at Mr. Electric was the most thorough and also best on total price (slightly higher on electrical, but far lower on the plumbing for the generator gas line). He spent quite a lot of time with my aunt to confirm how she wanted the system configured. The reworking of her existing electrical system was by far the largest chunk of the estimate. Steve stated it would take a day to complete the work, and, that's what it took. They arrived on time, and were very neat about it all. My aunt is thrilled with their final work. Steve came back the next day to test out the generator, and will be servicing the generator in the years to come. Thanks to everyone that worked on this job for putting a smile on my aunt's face. :-)

A couple of bumps but they were very responsive in making sure everything worked well and that I was satisfied with the total job.

Mr Electric's estimator showed up right on time and was very professional. He provided a detailed estimate for moving an existing outlet that was not in an convenient location, and explained why the cost was so high. We really appreciated his thoroughness and willingness to explain why the job was more difficult and time consuming than it appeared to me. As it turned out, we decided not to go the trouble, but, we will definitely use Mr Electric for any other electrical needs we have in the future.

This company was very professional and the contractor that installed our surge protector was very polite and willing to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this company!

He stated it wouldn't cost anything for an estimate unless the technician deemed it a service call. They then informed me they wouldn't be able to come out until 6 days later. The service call wouldn't include any work just the estimate.
