booked appointment on June 18th for June 22--1000am-noon received a written confirmation of the appointment.....company never showed up or called I waited 4 hours of my day ...when I called go them called and they had 'no record' of the appointment even though I read them their email me CONFIRMING the Appointment

The technician was 1.5 hours late, but he did stay past the allotted time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great - we had to schedule a follow up appointment because of amount of outlets that needed attention. Punctual and did everything he agreed to do. Flexible on whether or not to install a new fan -- we decided not to.

Sam from Mr Electric showed up more than a half hour earlier than the appointment. Did not wait for me to arrive as the specified time. Instead called my wife at my home (he assumed he was at my home) and then disturb our tenant to open the garage door prior to my being on the scene. When I arrived before the scheduled time, introduced myself, he just sat in the truck, did not explain anything including about the coupon offer made by Mr Electric, only said we needed a 200 amp service. This is for a 1950s 2000 sq ft ranch. I stared at him in disbelief. He said he was emailing us quotes, which he did but they do not make sense either.

Sam was the electrician. I wanted to know why my outside outlets were not working. He was very efficient in finding the problem. He was inside to check the electrical panels to check out the differentials for the problem. He was courteous and respectful when I asked him to remove his shoes or wear shoe covers. Very nice and profession. He came back as scheduled and got the job done.

I scheduled an appointment for an electrical inspection and service call to look into why two rooms were not receiving power, and the office staff confirmed a 2pm to 4pm arrival of their electrician. The electrician never showed up, and when I called their office staff after 4pm told me that they were aware that the electrician was not going to be making any appointments that day after his first, which he was held up on. They made no effort to get in touch with me or attempt to correct the issue, and once I finally called them and asked why no one showed up they had nothing to say other than telling me they could have someone else out the following week.

I thought the price was high for what they did. just told me what I needed which would have been an additional cost.

A number of days went by and there was no email from Steve. So, my wife called the office and let them know we had not received an estimate and verified the email address in case there was a miscommunication. They were nice on the phone, but we never heard anything more from them. So we are done with "Mr Electric" and will go elsewhere.

He performed the service. He left an estimate that I thought was to high.

Sam is the best!!!! I have had a lot of workers and trades through my house. This guy came on time both days, very courteous and gave helpful suggestions. He talked well about his company and takes pride in what he does. He did everything! He moved things that needed to be moved to perform his tasks, ask for a broom and cleaned up. It looked at though nobody was there when he was done. I have had other contractors leave boxes, shavings, nails, and dust. IT WAS ONE OF THE FEW CONTRACTORS THAT DIDNT LEAVE ANOTHER MESS WHEN HE LEFT, LIKE TOUCH UP PAINT FOR FINGER SMUDGES, SCRATCHED FURNITURE. JUST NOT HAVING TO CLEAN UP THE MESS THAT HE HAD TO MAKE TO WIRE WAS A HUGE PERK. THAT'S OLD SCHOOL WORK ETHIC. I DIDN'T REALLY KNOW HE WAS HERE. HE WORKED STEADY AND ONLY CHATTED WHEN I INITIATED CONVERSATION. I LEARNED HE'S A GREAT WORKER AND A GREAT FAMILY MAN. I had paid for 2 hours service. He finished the job in 1/2 hour. He did not ask if I needed anything else done. I felt a little cheated, but blamed myself for not having a list. My major complaint is that I told the man before he started working and when he was done that I had had it fixed twice before and it only worked for a little while. He was not interested. The light worked about a month, then stopped working. I did not call them back because I felt they did a poor "patch up" job when they were there, and did not take the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem,.

He went through the house, room by room inspecting each area carefully. He listened to our concerns and answered all are questions to our satisfaction. He wrote up an estimate which was clear and concise. We later hired him and we were quite satisfied with his work. Another write up is available on the job he performed. He's coming back in the Spring to do more work on the outside of our house. Super work.

Went very well. Customer service was great. Repairman called when he was on his way to my house. He was quick and efficient. I will call them again should I need electrical problems.

They did a great job in a timely manner with great professionalism. They evaluated all the electrical in our home, fixed a few minor issues.

I had a scheduled appointment and they never showed up the first time. I left work early just for my appointment. I had to call the company and wait on hold for awhile before I got through to anyone. When I was finally able to get through, the lady I spoke to was apologetic and very polite. She had to reschedule me for about a month out, but put me on the cancellation list if anybody canceled. I received a call from her, and they were able to get me in earlier than my rescheduled appointment. The lady on the phone was the same one I had talked to previously. Very nice! The second time around was great. My electrician was early, did a thorough job, and answered all of my questions. I would have rated them higher, if the first time they were supposed to be there went like the second time.

It went very well.....all according to plan. no complaints.

I purchased the coupon and when I went to schedule an appointment I was told the coupon couldn't be used for weekend apt. It does not state that in the coupon and if it did, I would not have purchased it. When I told this to the secretary she said there wasn't anything she could do. When the service man came to our house he said he was unfamiliar with the coupon and said it was underpriced and couldn't do most of what was listed on the coupon without charging us more money. When asked several times for him to do what was listed on the coupon he said it would cost more money. When asked to change a light switch to a non-dinner he said it would cost $35 in parts (I should mention that this can be bought at Lowes for $2). An inspection was done but not a very thorough house inspection. Some electrical tightening was done but nothing that was expected (items listed on the coupon) was completed. We were extremely dissatisfied with the service, especially since we were forced to take a day off from work to get this service done.

They weren't able to get to me for at least 3 weeks. That would have been helpful, knowing this information up front.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It worked out okay. I thought they were going to fix everything for $149 and they missed one of the circuits and they charged $39 more for that so I said, "Go ahead and do it because I can't get back there to get it done". It was for a lease house that I have in Michigan and I live near Chicago so that's why I had them do it. I wanted them to specifically fix this one circuit and they listened to the tenant to fix something else so I was kind of disappointed about that and that's why I had to go back and get the other thing fixed. Other than that, they did fine. I didn't check everything but my tenant didn't say anything bad so I guess everything's okay. Their response was fast. They were kind of pretty professional.

The provider was very prompt and called me with ETA's based on traffic. His inspection was concise and very detailed. In troubleshooting the SPA tub he not only found the problem but gave me some ideas on what to do next to totally fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this provider.

They did a great job. Their price covered all of the parts and labor. The outdoor light they put up does not work now, so that is not good. I tried to use them again, but my second call this year was not favorable. The woman that owns it thought I was trying to get someone out for free. She told me they did not do that. I was saying to her that I just needed to have someone come out to look at the light that was not working any more. She was making it sound like I was saying that I wanted them to come out for free, but that is not what I said. She said it would cost $75 for them to come out and I thought $75 was too expensive. I was not real happy with them.

I called early Monday morning, and I was able to get an appointment the same day at 11 am with no hassle. The service person called at 11 to notify me that he was running 45 minutes late, which I appreciated. He showed up at 11:45, as he said he would. He was able to track down the problem (a bad outlet) and fix it without issue. he was very pleasant and professional. Overall, they were a pleasure to deal with, and my issue was fixed quickly and completely.
