After recent floods in our area, due to the snow melt. Lots of basements got filled with water and sewage. We called KeyTeam Companies for help. Adam, Jon, and their team of four did an awesome job! They were quick, friendly, and worked really well together. They made sure my basement is now clean and germ-free. I'm super happy and totally recommend them! Oh and they ended up helping 4 other homes in my neighborhood that day.

I had to call KeyTeam Companies in the middle of the night (4:30am) when my sump pump water alarm went off. Adam took my call, and was extremely friendly and professional. They gave progress updates and suggestions while I was at work (later in the morning) yet were respectful of my working hours. They would even give my dog and two cats a little attention while they were working. They always left my house clean at the end of each day. They worked quickly and even showed up on the weekend. Ryan my project director was always easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question and he even contacted me after the job was completed to remind to make sure I had clear access to my sump pump & water shutoff valve. I would highly recommend KeyTeam Companies for all your water damage repairs.
