Absolutely outstanding! Jose Chavarin and his two KBK employees performed the work as though it was their own home, The attention to detail, the efficiency with which each step was performed was amazing to watch. In addition, Jose is a true design craftsman for the ways he enhanced my basic idea by suggesting a creative paver pattern and stone cutting expertise that I found exceptional. He and his team started the project the morning of June 26 and completed it the afternoon of June 28. They even did some extra touches (new mulch in the flower beds, stepping stones on the exits to the patio) that I didn't even have to request. I frankly hated to see them complete the project because of what a delight they were to have around!

Jose and his man did a wonderful job to reconstruct our brick pave way. It turned out beautiful and smooth and got lots of compliments. We enjoy it very much. Jose also helped us to design our landscape. He is very patient to listen to us and discuss on the blueprint. He helped us to pick every plant and discuss about potential outcome of each plant on our landscape. When the work is done the whole landscape turned out clean and pretty just as what we want.

The job went better than expected. Jose had good ideas to make the project less invasive, faster. He made the approach easier and safer to walk on. He takes much pride in his work, and is a true craftsmen.

Jose was meticulous. He did an outstanding job prepping the area laying a really strong foundation. I swear he spent an hour making sure it was completely level. Even my engineer husband (pickiest guy in the world) was impressed. The finished product looks fabulous. Jose is courteous, professional and does an outstanding job for a very fair price. Our 20 year old paver patio was heaving around the edges and Jose did a great job of removing 3 feet of pavers around the edge and leveling it out and reusing our existing pavers. He cemented in the edge to hold the pavers and used polymeric sand in the cracks. The patio looks fantastic and he did it in one day. Jose was very pleasant to work with and was very neat. I think his price was competitive and the work was excellent.

From the quote, design and construction we could not have been more satisfied. Jose was professional and flexible with design changes ensuring the project met our lifestyle in the back yard. My home office has a patio door looking out over the patio so i watched most of the process when home and i was impressed with Jose's attention to detail in preparing the base (the most important part of the job) The job site was more organized and clean at the end of each day than we keep the area! A month after completion we had Jose back to re sod a portion of the yard where we had trees removed. Even our children were happy to see Jose again. We will continue to use and recommend KBK to family and friends. I won't go into cost of service details but Jose was very competitive on this very large job with several contractors pushing for it. In the end, Jose impressed us and delivered.
