Jose does excellent work and his prices are very competitive. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted but he was very patient with us and helpful in making selections. It looks so great we decided to extend the old paver walkway at the last minute. He mixed the old pavers with the new to create a beautiful backyard space and the work was completed right on time extending only one day with the additional changes we requested. I look forward to working with Jose again on the front pavers.

Jose is excellent to work with. We have used him on a number of occasions for both brick/paver and landscaping work. His pricing is very competitive, his service is reliable and his workmanship is high quality. He is very flexible and accommodating and puts your interests and satisfaction first. He serves you from beginning (putting together quotes) to end (after installation service). He was on site every day and was the primary worker (he had a crew), so there were no rotating crews. You were not chasing down the owner or the person who gave you the quote because they were off site on other jobs. Thus, if there was an issue or question, you were dealing directly with Jose who could answer your questions immediately or fix something quickly if necessary. The installation of our backdoor steps is the best example of his flexibility and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction. Although we had signed off on the initial design, we did not like how it translated from paper to reality. Despite being nearly complete, Jose immediately worked with us in modifying the design to ensure that we were happy. The change order resulted in only a very modest up-charge even though the change order was at our request and after we had approved the design. The up-charge likely did not cover a typical hourly labor rate for the additional time that he spent on the job.

We wanted to have a very specific type of paver patio installed along the side of driveway. Jose took the time to get us samples and bring them to our house. He explained the difference between our options and the implications of picking one over the other. We selected him because he by far worked the hardest to earn our business and was very responsive and dedicated to winning our job. Once we selected Jose he did a great job on communicated when he would begin and what we should expect. When the patio was being installed he was very concerned with our young children's safety and ensured that everything was picked up and we marked. Since the installation we have enjoyed our patio greatly and recommend Jose at every opportunity. Within the next year we will have him return to redo the front walkway of our home to match the wonderful job he did in the backyard.

I wanted my patio rebuilt, and Jose said he would work on a time and material basis. He came out with a helper, and I worked alongside them for three days to get it done. I was extremely impressed with how he did things, and I was impressed with his knowledge of what needed to be done to keep it from eroding the way it had when it was first built. He had a good sense of how it should look, to make sure it turned out right. I am going to hire him for other projects because he has impressed me with his work ethic and eye for detail.

Jose is an impressive worker and it was an absolute pleasure to meet him and have him work for me. He reported on day 1 when he said he would and completed the work in the exact timeline that he said he would. He communicated with me on every detail throughout the job. He cleaned up at the end of every day. Jose is one of the most honest hard working contractors that I have ever hired. Jose is meticulous. If I needed any more patio work done I would not hesitate for 1 second to call him. For this job I interviewed 4 contractors and Jose was right in the middle cost wise, yet I could tell by his disposition that he do would the job right and I was not disappointed.
