The tech, Tom also told me I was using the wrong size filters? duh? That explained all the dust :) I learned a lot from Tom and I really thank him,he did a great Job!! |

The additional cost for a sump pump was $375. Considering the fact that my last estimate with a local plumber earlier this year was $275 for a sump pump I considered the price high. I had already locked into the Angie's list coupon for $85 of service and I was standing in water with a basement full of furniture about to be ruined so I took the deal because he could be there in 30 minutes. It turned out they didn't even accept the coupon and billed me on the spot therefore I now require a credit for $85 on the coupon I bought earlier for one hour of service.
