Dustin was knowledgeable, professional, polite and timely. Hoover was able to schedule Dustin to come to my home to repair the emergency leak in my refrigerator water line and replace my faulty water main valves when competitor plumbing companies could not. I’m pleased and impressed with Dustin and Hoover and I will use them again in the future, as needed!

Donnie did an excellent job on 2 items at my house. He replaced an old and heavy light fixture in my kitchen with an updated fixture that I provided. He did a great job with clean up and took away the old fixture and the 4 long fluorescent bulbs so I did not need to dispose of them. He also successfully diagnosed the cause of a problem with a light in my office and tracked it down to the light switch. (This had been frustrating because the switch started working again the day after I made the appointment.)

Called at 7am and they told me someone would be out in the afternoon. They waited until the afternoon to call me and tell me they won't be able to make it. Now it's too late to get someone to fix it. Very unprofessional.

It went well! Dave checked different things, including the sump pump, which was working! He was pretty thorough in checking everything he felt could be the cause. Personable and professional.

My furnace went out while I was on vacation, and I came back to a very cold house. I called Hoover, and they set an appointment the same day. The tech gave me options and completed the repair based upon my selections. After the tech left, I heard a very loud grinding noise coming from the furnace. I left a voicemail, then followed up with a phone call the next morning. The customer service representative scheduled a return visit 3 days out. I talked to a manager and explained the situation, and he sent someone out in 30 minutes. The tech came out, corrected the issue. He handled himself professionally and left me a happy customer when the situation could have been otherwise. I would definitely recommend using Hoover.

Total rip off, not recommended. $60 just to provide estimate. Clog clearing option was ruled out. $379 estimate just to install the garbage disposal I purchased at Home Depot. Didn't use the service since it was total rip-off. Service technician ask questions such as did you take time off work, so you prefer to complete the repair today, how old is the house?, good house,... These things shouldn't be the factor in repair cost. Total rip-off, very bad attitude. Called another plumber and fixed the garbage disposal for nominal cost $50. Even for installation the alternate plumber quoted just $125. Now I saved the installation cost $379 and returned the new Garbage disposal $259., total savings of $638. Good lesson, I'll never call Hoover. Save your time and money, don't call Hoover.

Good. I didn't have to be home to supervise. He knew what he was doing and cleaned up once done.

The manager told me one thing and the employees told me another thing, they charge me a lot and they are very unprofessional.
