Description of Work: It was a very cold day if February and my furnace decided to stop working. Called Hoover and they had worker who was at another home close by, so I was lucky he came over when he was done. I had a very old furnace and in poor condition, but he was able to get it working and came back within a couple days and replaced the part. Very professional, worked hard to get the furnace going, and I was very grateful.

Description of Work: cleaned & checked my furnace, did the inspections. Person they sent out was very nice and help me understand how my furnace works etc. They will return in November to do the inspection again. He also informed me I was using the wrong filters which I had been using since I purchased my home. Appreciated his honesty.

Description of Work: Kevin was a true professional. Excellent service. He addressed the issue we had with our toilet, walked me through what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. And since Hoover is also a heating and cooling business, he checked my furnace and hot water heater and gave me an estimate of changing and installing the heater. I would definitely recommend them for any heating, cooling, electric or plumbing needs.

Description of Work: We've used Hoover Plumbing for two separate services this year: replace/install a new garbage disposal, and separately, to replace a leaky pipe in an upstairs bathroom ["P trap"]. i'd not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs. i've chosen them to do the remodel of a shower stall for my Mom [grab bars, replace the faucets, and install a new shower head with a wand and anything else Will [my plumber] recommends. i greatly appreciate Will's honesty, professionalism and his ability to communicate information clearly. It's a nice touch that the president of Hoover sent us a thank-you note after each service! How rare is that ~ it's a very nice touch and much appreciated. Thank you!

Description of Work: Replaced the shower valve, completed the job in less than 2 hours, had the part needed on the truck, the repairman was friendly and very efficient. It seemed a little pricey but the job was done quickly and professionaly.
