It went very well. I will elaborate at a later time, as I have torn ligaments in my typing hand. More soon.... Want to point out though... that I gave a B for Price as it appears pricey to me. However, I do not have any experience with wiring an unfinished basement, so it may be a great price. Sometimes, evaluating price is relative as I actually feel it was worth every penny.

Kevin from Hoover was great. He was punctual, clean, efficient, and personable. He did the work quickly and helped me understand what was going on. He also had to return to fix another issue. Not only did he fix it, he didn't charge me extra. I'd recommend them to anyone needing that kind of service.

Tom from Hoover did a great job. He quietly went about his business and quickly assessed the problems. He explained everything that was happening and helped me understand why I needed to replace my systems. He didn't oversell or push me into a solution, but simply provided the information and estimates. I'd be happy to have him work in my home again.

Disappointing experience. The technician didn't even bother to go check in the attic to see what needed to be done. Gave us an extremely high quote based on some old pictures we had. I had hoped they would do the job instead I wasted $49.99 on getting a quote that wasn't even close to reasonable.

.It was easy. Had I known he did not have to turn off the main power I could have replaced it myself and saved $200. As a matter of fact, the tech had to go to the local Lowes' and purchase part. The Lowes' home repair store is half a mile away. Talk about adding insult to injury. It appears this company charges $100 more to subsidize it's marketing program. If you refer 2 new customers you can be refunded $50 each. I rather they did their own marketing at their expense.034

My experience with them was very good. The plumbing work was cleaned out. I was pleased with them. The electrical service was average. I would not request for him to come out again because he did not do the work that we wanted him done. Their services were very good.

First of all, my husband said the lady he talked to on the phone was very professional and gave great information. We knew what to expect. We also received a courtesy call prior to the service person came to our home. Kevin Vistisen was very professional and helpful. He showed me a safety switch on our tank that was off and he popped it back on and then lit the pilot. We will have hot water within 45 minutes. Awesome and thank you ! We appreciate the great prompt service and will use your company again in the future.

The receptionist was very professional. They showed up on time. They were honest and let me know that it was too damaged of a home, and they recommened I not purchase it.

Excellent!!! Hoover tech was on time, and went right to work on the problem. He took the time to explain in detail (laymen terms) what he did and what was need to be done. He also advised me on future problems that I may have and how to resolve them. He gave a price quote before troubleshooting, The final bill was allot lower as some of the work was not needed.

The quality of work and effort is great. Inspection went off without a hitch. They worked more than a full day, paying close attention to detail. I am very much in their debt! I also joined their service club, as I plan on having them handle it all moving forward.

Arrived on time. Quickly installed ceiling fan. Gave us instructions in how to operate. Cleaned up EVERYTHING. Polite and patient!

Chris and Kyle from Hoover were prompt and efficient. Especially since working conditions were less than optimal. (The house is > 50 years old, the basement recently flooded, the weather was hot and the kitchen was clean but cluttered.) They also had to shorten some wood shelving to get up to building code. They worked non-stop all day to get the power back on as quickly as possible. Everything works great and was left cleaner than when they started. We can now run all our kitchen appliances simultaneously.

He did a wonderful job. I spent about $230 on that service. The guy came in and did what needed to be done and was efficient in getting the job done. He was very good and I will be using him again. He had a flat tire, but he worked around it.

Hoover Electric was excellent. They took care of our needs after we suffered power loss resulting from a storm.
