They were great.

It went very well. They did an excellent job. They even called twice to see how things are going and about three weeks after they put it in. They send a card saying that, you know, remind you of the warranty, we can come up do a tune up if you want. They are pretty good and very thorough.

They were very professional at that point. They quoted me about $1250 for the job. They were local and I had seen one of their trucks driving around so I chose them. They were punctual and seemed to be very knowledgeable and courteous.

Furnace went out, called for repair, they didn't have the parts and couldn't get them for almost a week. They part cost alone $462.00

Service was excellent and they did a beautiful job! If it's professionalism your looking for these are the ones! Very impressed with this company, laid carpet everywhere they were working and cleaned up everything when they were done! A+ if I could.

A team of two arrived within the time frame that I was provided and they were both friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They ensured that they wore shoe coverings in my home which was very appreciated since I recently had my carpets cleaned. As I expected, I needed the filters replaced in both units but didn't feel pressured to purchase them from the service guys. I decided to because I wouldn't have the slightest clue how to replace them and fortunately, they had them in their van. They actually ended up being more reasonable than I expected. They also identified a potential challenge with one of the furnaces but stated that at this time, it didn't need to be repaired. I also have a furnace that is probably the original one (my house is about 25 years old) and again, they didn't pressure me to replace that either. It was very refreshing considering I've had a number of vendors come to my house in the last month or so to do maintenance or repairs on various things and it always seems like there's something that "absolutely needs to be fixed asap". I am very happy with the service that I received.

The work done at our home was to the highest standards imaginable. It was done on time, the work was well planned out, equipment was installed securely and the entire system was explained to us and tested before the technicians left our home. Workers were knowledgeable, well trained, professional and respectful. Work space used at our home was cleaned before the installation crew left. All packaging was removed from our home as well. I had heard many stories of messy installations, poor workmanship and inadequate planning for similar systems installed in our area by other suppliers. However the work done by Great Dane was everything you would want at your home and I can not more strongly recommend them for others to consider carefully. This is an outstanding company to work with and was one of the best purchase decisions that we have made in some time.

Great Dane is a wonderful company to deal with! I am very satisfied! My air decided too go out during the heat wave of 95 to 100 degree weather! I explained to them that I have health issues and cannot be without air! They came the very next day, Very professional, Honest, and had all the parts on the truck. I cannot say enough about this company! They also installed my furnace two years ago.

They were very professional & courtesy. They were on time in starting the work. The explained everything to me & the cost was the best price. I had received. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. They cleaned up everything and should me how to replace furnace filter & humidifier filter. they were very polite & answered all my questions.

Great Dane Heating & Air Conditioning were really good, I would highly recommend them to anybody. They've got all kinds of awards on their wall for their business. They supplied and installed a furnace with a humidifier on it. Their price was actually lower than the other furnace people. The technicians were really nice and real good. The salesman in the store was real good. They're very helpful. They were right on time and got it done in the time they said they were going to do it. They have a bad receptionist, she is horrible.

The business responded well, but after being here less than 5 minutes for the actual need, the technician 'found' something to repair. Charged us more for a joint in the line that needed to be 'tightened up' but unfortunately I'd overheard him tell another contractor in the same basement nothing needed to be done. He needed to 'find' something so the county would know he was doing his job. I paid it to get the paperwork complete. I won't ever use this company again.

Great Dane replaced my 2001 2-1/2 ton 10 seer unit with a 2-1/2 ton 16 seer unit. As my 30 gallon hot water heater was 21 years old, I had it replaced at the same time with a 40 gallon unit. In 2001 Great Dane had replaced our furnace under warranty (we had purchased the house earlier that year). Great Dane laid carpet strips down to keep the upstairs clean while working. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all the old machinery and two concrete pads from outside. Put down a new pad. Polite and professional. Quite satisfied. I expect to be using Great Dane for furnace maintenance hence forth.

They know what they are doing and did a good job.

Called for service on Tuesday morning after furnace stopped working on Monday night. Serviceman came out and showed me with a camera that furnace heat exchanger was cracked in many places and could not be repaired. He left me an electric heater and I set appointment for an estimate on a new furnance and a/c on Weds. Estimator was very thorough in explaining the differences in the units and his recommendation for me. I had used the company in the past and was very satisfied with their work so had a new furnace and a/c installed on Thursday. All work was completed in one day and all debris hauled away. Would recommend this company.

During our kitchen reconstruction, my furnace died. Great Dane responded quickly & professionally, found the problem (showed us video camera proof of cracks in heat exchanger) and arranged for fast consult. After answering ALL of our questions (and exploring options) they provided a competitive proposal. We called for other quotes, and decided to go with Great Dane. First, they offered multiple space heaters to use prior to delivery of our new system (free of charge). Then we couldn't believe the 'red carpet' treatment we received (they literally laid down a protective path from their truck to our furnace). We were concerned about the mess involved in removing a 25 year-old furnace, and potential damage to stairs in moving in a heavy new one. But when they were done, you couldn't tell they were ever there. Except for their first class installation - all wiring/hoses were professionally bound, new ventilation neatly sealed, and humidification system reworked for optimal performance. We couldn't be happier with our new system, or Great Dane's excellent service. Would highly recommend them to friends & family.

Contractor arrived as scheduled and installed a/c unit as contracted.

I woud give this company a rating of (R) for ripoff

They've been here three times. I might have had them do the air once and the furnace a couple of times. Their price is reasonable. I really don't know how to compare. I think the guy came out and had it running, but they had ordered a part so that took 3 days or so. He had it working. They are good. I found out about them through my neighbor who works with the owner who is a volunteer fire fighter I believe. I'd heard one guy that said, he wished it was his business that they are very busy so he said he wished he owned it. I think they've been in the area for a good couple of years and more. They did what they had to do. They were responsive. They came right away and did their work and they were very nice, very pleasant and friendly. I would use them again in the future.

Service was very professional and prompt. They could have sold me a new a/c and furnace but instead told me I don't need one at the time and should not for at least a couple of years. When I do need one, I will purchase it from Great Dane.

We purchased our circa 1971 home last year and it had a 21 year old HVAC system. The air was not working very well and due to the age of the system, Great Dane recommended we look into replacing it with a high-efficiency system rather than fixing the obsolete system. After discussing with Great Dane, we opted to replace the furnace, humidifier, etc. as well due to its age and the available tax credit this year. Pros: Very professional, neat, and explained everything to us. They helped us take advantage of the rebates and tax credits that brought the price down to $8,300. The sales person was not aggressive, but instead informative and gave us lots of options. They also have financing available, which allowed us to replace our entire system when we had only planned to replace the AC. The installation took about 10 hours. The workers were polite and put down rugs to prevent getting our carpets dirty. They explained the system to us and their work and took away the old system. Cons: Price (I did feel it was on the high end and would not have gone through with it had there not been so many rebates and credits to bring down the price).

All the installerrs were very clean and professional. The job was completed in one day. Everything is working well.

They did an excellent job and with the tax credits and rebates, the price came out to be more than reasonable. I was concerned about the distance, but they ended up being very communicative and responsive to our needs. I am very happy with their service, and would be happy to recommend this company to others. I will consider using them again in the future.

Called for an estimate on replacing our furnace. The estimate came out mcuh higher than expected and more than other companies. The salesman was very prompt, professional, knowledgable and spent a great deal of time with me, but did not recommend any lower priced options.

I thought they did a good job, they showed up on time and it took them about two days to get it installed. I would recommend them.
