It was excellent job, removed the old water heater and installed the new one. The basement is not easily accessible so they had to take the new/old tanks to the ou tside door wall in the basement. They left the basement in excellent condition while installing the new one. They do all of our HVAC work and are very helpful and professional.

I don’t feel they did their job to satisfy me. They did check my heat and blower. The technician said my furnace was very dirty and had a cracked heat exchanger. He said it wasn't leaking, but had to stop and call his boss to see if he could continue for safety reasons. He was instructed to stop. They never cleaned the furnace which is what the deal was for. The owner followed up, but I wasn't satisfied because they didn't complete the job in its entirety.

It turned out well. The guy was very thorough. He was good. He explained things to me which was really nice. What stood out to me was how thorough he was. He didn't have an issue explaining what he was doing. I really liked that. Price was good. They responded right away. They came on time. I would definitely use them in the future.

I called at midnight and asked for a quote. When he gave me the price I figured I could wait til the morning. He ended up asking if he could try and walk me through trying to get it back on for the night and walked me through step by step. He went above and beyond in my book and it was refreshing to have someone genuinely want to help me when I needed their expertise.

they put down a stair rug to protect my stairway they were neat cleaned up their mess hauled away all the old pieces my daughter wanted the old ac unit, they took out the freion to move the unit, then put it back in & plugged it. then placed it where I asked them to. they were friendly yet business like. they showed us how to program the new thermostat. they put an air intake exhaust out the side of the house, they ran new lines to the AC out side, a vent & new electric box for our interruptible service, they installed a new chimney liner. we sprung a leak in the hose joint for the humidifier and the came out and corrected it the sales person seemed way more knowledgeable than some

Dave Gladue came out on a Saturday to look at the job and give me options. He was very personable, professional and thorough and by the following Tuesday, sent me a detailed quote for the job. Within two weeks my new air conditioning was installed (5 units in 5 different rooms) and working beautifully. It is whisper quiet and each unit cools the intended space. The installation was taking a little longer than expected so Dave called in extra man-power to get the job done within the stated time. Great Dane also offered 3-year / 0% financing which was helpful.

Our technician, Scott Carson was prompt, personable and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also went beyond the scope of the basic tune-up as we discovered our furnace would not fire up. Scott determined it was an electrical issue and fixed it at no additional charge.

A dirty filter needed replacing and a plugged drain pipe was detected which had caused the AC pan to overflow and create condensation. The technician checked the refrigerant, unclogged the draining pipe, confirmed water from the AC was now draining properly, installed a T-joint and showed us how to maintain proper AC draining to prevent future issues. The technician, Peter Hannan, was prompt, professional, and patient with explaining all details of the repair and operation of the air conditioner. We were pleased with the quick response to our call to make an appointment, the courtesy followup by their office staff when the technician was on his way, and the thorough and efficient service call! We will not hesitate to contact them in the future for any heating or air conditioning needs. Well done Great Dane!

The install went very well. The were very neat and professional from beginning to end.

Everything went well. If I had any concerns, I knew I could count on them to address them.

These people are professional, they know their product very well and they did everything that they committed to do, including clean up. There was one mechanical problem with the system that they installed. However they replaced the bad component within a few days and we were never out of service. Can not recommend them enough.

This company was on time. 2 people arrive. One person took care of the inside work and the other took car of the outside. They wore covers on their shoes. The full job took about 2 hours.

My air conditioner broke last Tuesday at about 11:00 PM (not a very comforting feeling to sleep on). I called Great Dane on a friends recommendation. The whole process went very quick and smooth. The problem was fixed, I am happy!

Three years ago, we needed to replace aged furnace/central air units for our home and my mother's condo. Great Dane was among three companies recommended. Since my husband is very familiar with HVAC, he was impressed with the forthright responses from Great Dane, while the others tried to sell us bigger (I. E., more expensive ) units than we needed. The techs that installed our units from Great Dane, and those who have performed our maintenance, are efficient, prompt, highly professional, courteous and respectful without crossing that line to being Eddie Haskells. Their Customer Care Program covers twice yearly service which we do use and appreciate. The only thing we question is why the company sends out coupons for reduced rates on their customer care program but the techs tell us that it doesn't cover what we need...we are guessing that it's a commission tactic... but their annual sale on accessories can't be beat for items such as filters. Overall, we have been more than pleased with the efficiency of the equipment and the professionalism of the employees.

Salesperson was almost 2 hours late for a schedualed appointment which happens to be no more than a half mile from their building. When the sales guy was here he was more interested in stressing all the awards they had received, than the actual work I needed done. His estimate was at the higher end of all those I received.

They were great. The were here the next day for an estimate and two days later, they installed it. Their prices were comparable to other ones, but they offered 3 years 0% financing.

Went really well. They needed to order a part and the technician found that a gasket was bad when he installed it. He created a makeshift gasket out of cardboard that got our heat back on until the new part came during the coldest days of a brutal winter. Pretty brilliant. So far so good. Heat and AC working well.
