Description of Work: From the get go I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I was afraid placing a call for A/C in the middle of 90+ degree days would be a wait, but I was able to an appointment within 24 hrs. I received a courtesy call that the tech was on his way, and withing the window I was given. |The technician took the time to explain the problem(s) found, and quickly worked on restoring service. I did not feel rushed, or that he was rushing through troubleshooting the problem. | |There was no pressure to purchase services or parts i did not need, and I will be calling Great Dane before winter to make sure my furnace is ready to take on a Michigan winter.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace, A/C, and addressed pre-existing duct issues. I found Great Dane an excellent organization to work with. Everyone I encountered in the process of replacing my HVAC system was knowledgeable, highly competent, and very customer service oriented.

Description of Work: Checked a/c water leak, said to change filter every 3 months rather than every 6 months, he also hosed of condenser unit & said that the leak should stop in a day or two. It did not stop, called again and they sent out a different technician that cleaned out the drain from the drip pan. that fixed the leakage.

Description of Work: Bought the check service on Angie's List, provider never called to schedule. After a week, I finally called them. They had no record of my order, made me repeat everything multiple times (though I spoke slowly and clearly every time), never apologized, got snarky with me, then insisted they couldn't possibly schedule me within my timeframe. No effort to ensure customer satisfaction, was totally indifferent and borderline rude when I said that I needed service done by a certain date or would have to find a different provider. VERY UNHAPPY!!

Description of Work: I had a new furnace, air conditioner and programmable thermastat installed. They did a good job. Had to have them come back out and re-configure 2 ducts two days later, and John did a great job.

Description of Work: Install four (4)outside house lights which I had purchased (2 on the house and 2 on the garage). They also installed an outside 3 prong plug in front of the outside of my house and one 3 prong plug inside my garage which is not attached to my house.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for furnace inspection. I had to contact Great Dane after I didn't recieve a message about scheduling the the service. Once contacted, service was scheduled promptly. During the furnace inspection and testing the furnace intermittantly failed to ignite. The Technician kept me informed and even a second service technician arrived to assist. It was determined that the gas valve was potentially malfunctioning. Valve was replaced and tested. Despite the long amount of time for the appointment, additional cost; I appreciated the honesty, status information, and responsibility of the technicians. They didn't leave until they were confident that the furnace was functioning properly.

Description of Work: Winterize maintenance + new humidified media & new air filter.

Description of Work: This was just a standard furnace check up on a furnace that was in good shape anyhow. I didn't anticipate any issues and none were fund. They sent out two techs. If I have to nit pick about anything they were about 25 minutes beyond the projected window BUT ten minutes after the expected time I did receive a call from their office to say they were on the way. YES I would use them again. I intend to have them back in the spring to check my A/C unit. As to price I really have no other company to compare them to.

Description of Work: Installers were prompt and knowledgeable. They installed a 96% high efficiency furnace and 2 ton air compressor. In addition to offering a no interest payment plan, they also help us to obtain rebates from Consumers Energy and DTE. They also informed us about tax credits on our Federal Tax return.
