Detroit Concrete Leveling did an outstanding job! The driveway and sidewalk areas that were uneven and sinking are now level, flush and the whole area looks like new. The team of professionals were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to answer any question, very through and tidy. Had to direct them to raise a different 3rd slab to ensure water would not stay by the house. They were beyond the end of the 3 hour start window by about 4 hours. I had given up on them. Work was done in about an hour. So far so good after less than 24 hrs. The slabs are about 8 feet along the edge they raised.

Detroit Concrete Levers office called 3 days prior to schedule my job, the crew who worked on my home called while driving over (30 min) to confirm exact arrival time. They were extremely professional and performed exactly as the job was quoted. In fact, they exceeded expectations. When the job was completed they explained what was done and confirmed I was happy with the work completed. They then cleaned up the area.

The job went Great! Cody responded to my call within 24 hours. He came to quote the job right away. He explained every detail that was needed to do the job. He stays in communication with you. I got 3 other quotes. I choose Detroit Concrete Leveling because they offer Saturday's, everything is done in the same day and their price was almost the same as the other quotes. They offered to do the job the same week but we want with the next Saturday because we were out of town. We were told they would be at our house by 1:00 pm. They got here at 11:45 am. They called first. They started working right away. There was rain in the forecast that day but not until early evening. Sure enough, around 2:30 it started. Cody and Jim were almost done so they continued in the rain. They were plugging up the drill holes at that time. Cody told us that the rain would possibly wash out the cement in the holes. So he came back 2 days later to fix them. Cody is very professional and conscious about making sure the job gets done completely and properly.

Excellent work! Detroit Concrete Leveling will be the only one I recommend to friends and family. I called a few other companies for quotes, and Detroit Concrete Leveling came back the most reasonable. But even if they would not have been, I still would have used them, due to their customer service alone. Upon speaking with some another company on the phone, one in particular was pretty abrasive to speak to, and would answer my questions pretty defensively. And I thought if they were like this on the phone, what would it be like to do business with them. Cody came out to give me an estimate, which was very competitive, but also did not over sell me on additional services, even when I thought I needed them. I tend to thoroughly research whatever service I am looking to have done, and ask key questions. Cody answered all of my inquiries intelligently and really enlightened me. While I try to look for the "best deal", I would rather pay for the "best service". Luckily with Detroit Concrete Leveling, you get the best service and the best deal!

They did a great job leveling my front porch step. However, they cut a sprinkler line costing me an extra $200 to repair it. I contacted the company and they didn't offer to fix their screw up!

Cody and team were professional and kept me informed and sought my opinion throughout the morning. They arrived at 815 and were finished by 1145.

I was very impressed from start to finish! To see 50 year old slabs "rise up" without cracking was awesome. Chad and his crew were very punctual - arriving exactly when they said they would. Before starting the project, the proposal was reviewed in case there were any changes. the procedure was thoroughly explained. The crew was very willing to answer any questions we had as they went along. After the work was finished, they asked us to inspect the project before they cleaned up. One slab needed tweaking - which they were happy to do. The clean-up was thorough! The final results are amazing! Wish we had done it years ago!

8/23/15: Cody came out promptly at appointment time and gave me a written estimate 9/15/15: I contacted Cody to get scheduled for Oct 1. 10/1/15: Cody and his 2-man workcrew arrived Promptly at the scheduled appt time. Cody walked the job through with me and then with his team,who then got to work. It took about 3 hours (as estimated). Couldn't be happier!! Their Quality of their workmanship was Excellant! They answered all of my questions.You could tell that they continued working of each slab until 'They' were satisfied. They walked me through after the leveling to be sure I was satisfied and then started their cleanup. The cleanup was even Excellant! Cody said to call him back if there's any issues now or in the spring (from winter shifting). This company--their professionalism, quality of workmanship and knowledgeable workers (as well as using a limestone product) is a Winner!!

As an operating room nurse, I believe in doing thorough research before any home project. I contacted three vendors and obtained quotes. I decided to utilize Detroit Concrete Leveling for several reasons. First Cody, the representative that came out was very knowledgable and you could tell he was a contractor that was familiar with the process not just a salesperson. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain the procedure in detail. He tailored the quote to my job and did not just have a standard formula like the other vendors. I also liked they used limestone instead of a type of slurry mix and professional grade caulking. He kept me informed regarding the scheduling and would be prompt in returning all my calls. On the day of the job, Cody, Andrew and Jim came to perform the work. You could tell they were a team that worked well together. They did a great job and made sure to check in with me several times to make sure I was happy with the progression. At the end of the job, they cleaned up the job site and made sure I had no concerns prior to leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors.

Cody arrived at the scheduled time. He gave me some great advice on how to repair my driveway. Although he was not able to service my needs he did provide some great suggestions. He was courteous and very professional.

Andrew and guys were very prompt , on time, despite very cold morning, did a couple more slabs than quoted, without changing price. Looks very professional and cleaned up nicely. I had to get use to driving into the garage without slowing to go over a big bump, now such a smooth transition. Very happy with job, should have done it 2 years ago. Highly recommend them.

Cody was great to deal with. He arrived on-time the day of the estimate and he and his crew arrived on-time the morning of the repairs. He took the time to explain the process, answer questions and show me their progress during the repairs. He and his crew worked hard to get the patio re-sloped just right to enable water to run away from the house. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanup as they even power washed the street in front of the house where their equipment was parked. Speaking for my neighbor, who had a broken slab of concrete in her driveway that had sunk, they did a great job leveling it off, too. Cody and his crew were extremely conscientious, very professional and the price was right. I highly recommend Detroit Concrete Leveling.

Everything went nearly as planned (except the steps, as noted above) and the results are perfect. The professionalism and experience demonstrated were refreshing. Only demerit was regarding punctuality - ironically they arrived 1/2 hour EARLY (first thing in the morning - we were not quite out of bed!) I got quotes and comments from 3 other vendors of this service, and Detroit Leveling was the most appropriate, accurate, and ultimately winning assessment of our situation. We have no hesitation referring them to you!
