Both gentleman worked very well together, a lot of good chemistry there. They were polite and very informative. I would highly recommend them to any one looking for water removal recovery.

took longer than expected

Prompt service, called them at 4:30 in the morning and they were at my home by 7:30 with a crew pumping water out of my basement. Workers were hard workers and very courteous. The crew leader Brian was awesome to work with and keep me informed as to what was going on.

Advance came to our home the same day that we called about a water leak from our refrigerator and the mold that had developed. Work began the next day and was completed quickly and thoroughly. Advance was present when our insurance agent came to do the inspection claim, and worked very well with them. Overall a good experience.

They came quickly and worked hard. But, they did not complete the hauling away until more than 3 weeks later while a dumpster was sitting in my driveway making it hard to get proper delivery of replacement appliances. The price charged was much higher than other restoration companies that my neighbors had. My adjustor's price estimate was half what was actually charged. by the company. Almost a month later we try to come to terms on the price and a very small amount was reduced. They did try to work with me but it took almost the whole month to get this accomplished.
