 + -1 moreIn 2020 we got all of our doors and windows replaced by Accurate Windows & Door, the total cost was over 20K. Back then the owner Ron would return my call right away. Now we need a repair & the owner will not return my calls or emails.

 + -1 moreContacted provider and set up appointment for 6/1 @ 5:30 pm. He never showed and did not call to cancel. I guess my one window that I needed replaced was not enough to even bother to come out. They could have at least called to cancel. Very unprofessional, not to mention lousy customer service!!

 + -1 moreThe overall experience was very positive. We have absolutely no complaints about this company and would definitely use them again for any future window needs.
Description of Work: We hired Accurate Siding & Window for the replacement of four condo windows (three double-hung and one slider). We were very pleased with all phases of the process. Ron's estimate for the job came in several hundreds of dollars lower than several competitors. We visited his showroom and found it to be very professionally run and organized. Ron was very punctual, professional and courteous. He and his son did an excellent install job. There were no third party contractors involved which we liked. The windows he sells are the Paradigm brand which is very highly rated. They were able to match our condo association requirements without any difficulty. Upon completion of the job, which took only about five hours, they were very thorough in the clean-up and removal of the old windows and associated debris. Ron made sure we were completely happy with the job before leaving. We highly recommend this company based on price, professionalism, quality, and workmanship.

 + -1 moreThey were excellent. Everything was perfectly done. In most big companies you have to pay 80% down. All he asked for was 10% down and he said when the job is done and you are happy you can pay the rest of the money. He was an honest person.

 + -1 morean excellent experience. We had to wait a bit due to the contractors schedule, but when it was time, he stayed with the job until it was completely finished. Window coverings were replaced upon completion of each window.
Description of Work: removed 9 old windows, installed new vinyl windows of varying sizes, and replaced an 8 ft doorwall. Completely built a new bay window in one of the existing spaces.
