Description of Work: With a major heat wave in progress, costum temp. was able to repair my A/C . The serviceman showed me the frozen unit , explained the causes and what it would take to fix it. Hed then set about defrosting the unit and adding freon to my compressor. The unit was back to normal in a day and has remained working well. What a pleasure to know there are such great contacts out there.. and you can trust that they will do the job ... I will be using them in the fall for furnace cleaning etc.

Description of Work: We called because our A/C died and of course it was during a heat wave. Thrilled that they could come out on a Friday, especially since my spouse was going out of town for 5 weeks and I didn't want to have to deal w/this while he was gone. Ron even gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. They found that the capacitor was bad and unfortunately the compressor had overheated as well. They got the capacitor replaced and thankfully running water from the hose over the compressor cooled it down sufficiently to get it started and find it wasn't damaged. They even found a high voltage wire to the compressor that a mouse had chewed and replaced it.

Description of Work: called to get air conditioner fixed, and was told they could not come for 5 days....they grew fast since I last used them, and can,t handle the amount of business. Hadvto go elsewhere.
