Description of Work: Estimate for B-vents for new roof area seemed high, but they were going to replace vent pipes and move away form outside window through crawl space after roofers removed boards allowing access. When they showed, suddenly the plan was to move pipes below ceiling, in the living space, creating new holes in wood panel ceiling of just replace sleeves outside as per roofers suggestion. Naturally, I picked the later. They claimed that one pipe was actually cracked and would have to be replaced. Ok. When came time to pay the bill, it was the same and quoted, even though they only did half of the job quoted. The job foreman said first, the "owner" underquoted the job. Then they wanted to charge me an hourly rate (for 4-5 hours each) for two guys and they had to run all over town to collect parts, even though every single part they used was available at Home Depot. I expected that the cost would be significantly less because they changed the plan and then tried to claim I changed the plan. I only choose from the two options they gave when my roof was torn off and their part had to be completed before the roofers could finish. They also tried to tell me that the work they did do actually cost another $200 but they were giving me a break to honor the original quote. When I disputed the price I would actually pay, they threatened to come back, go up on my new roof and remove the parts they installed and showed up to do just that, had a ladder to the roof, as they were just leaving me a phone message that the foreman was on the way. Communication was poor, to say the least, between the workmen, myself and then the owner. They changed the plan and tried to insist that I did. I don't believe they needed to drive to multiple places and great distance to collect materials. I expected to pay a fair price for their services and they wouldn't budge on the the amount due. Theit only solution was to remove parts that were attached inside my house and sealed into the new roof, leaving hole to the outside and destroying the work the roofers had completed. I refused to allow them any where near my roof and eventually offered them $850 to settle, which they accepted. I feel that they were unprofessional, not completely honest and maybe tried to take advantage of a single female at their mercy. I would trust them and I would never reccommend them.

Description of Work: Furnace went out, burner would not come on. Called them on Tuesday Dec. 30th and they were out within 2 hours. Identified a bad control board, went to local supplier and picked one up and back to replace it within the hour. Furnace worked for two days and then went out again on New Years Day. Called the after hours number and they had someone out within the hour and found a loose wire, fixed it at no additional cost and has been working since.

Description of Work: Have used them for years to maintain furnace. Installed new furnace 5/13 and gave competitive price. Township inspector commented saying they did a great installation.

Description of Work: installed new furnace and air conditioner. Great job,worked efficiently and cleaned up everything. Owner can out 1/26/15 to make sure everything functioning as expected and said he will be back in spring to re-check air conditioning.

Description of Work: Tony was really nice, he explained several things about the furnace that I did not know, was thorough in his diagnosing the problem and fixed it. They came on the same day, which was really great.

Description of Work: We contacted them regarding AC performance in different rooms. They representative called promptly and scheduled the appointment. They are providing us the estimate for zoning. Will write more details when the work is completed. Will highly recommend.

Description of Work: We had a very complex computer controller problem that took multiple trips to diagnose and fix. While spending $600 was a shock they had to make multiple trips and use multiple parts to finally get a fix that would last. The furnace manufacturer provided incorrect information but their technical expertise overcame poor engineering and documentation of the product. They are expensive but very good.
