The two technicians Rob and Moe arrived as promised and did an awesome job. They were very courteous and thorough. They laid down a drop-cloth through the house and upstairs so they would not track in dirt. They were professional from start to finish and Rob made sure I knew how to operate and maintain the system which really works really well. Thank you and hats off to these two guys as well as to Tony my sales rep!

I would say it maybe took about 40 minutes. They didn't wear booties. They took off their shoes when they came in my house.

Our house is much cooler on the second floor, my wife and I loved our new setup.

I would use them in the future. They are professional and dependable. We have had numerous experiences both at my husbands business and at home and have been quiet satisfied. It has been mostly maintenance service stuff. They clean up fine. The worker was fine, because I would have remembered if it was bad.

My husband and I have been slowly renovating and up-grading our home. We both work 60-80hrs a week, so our time is very valuable. All of the associates who work at custom temperature control were ALWAYS punctual, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. They always cleaned up after themselves and even put up with my crazy dog who wanted to play with them. They were able to work with the city very quickly to install an aircon unit at the side of our home which now leaves space for us to build a new patio. They even came back to make sure the unit was working well when the temperature started to get warmer. We appreciated being able to get a lot of different jobs done in our home very quickly, with quotes that were reasonable and an easy stream of communication through email and phone.

I have had them a couple of time, I will always have them. They are great. They were reasonable on price. I mean for what they came and had to do, they had to go to Pontiac and pick up parts and come back. They are very nice people. It is a really nice company. I talked to the owners many times and it’s like having your family come in. They’re just really good.

Mr. Tony Garrish is a very professional and knowledgeable guy. He used shoe covers to protect carpet and floors. He asked detailed questions and checked the specific conditions of my house like the insulation, the return and supply vents, and the space to run the pipes in the basement. I wish they could have come with a lower price, but I would highly recommend them.

They came out and worked with the manufacturer and got it fixed. They have been great and would definitely have them again. Very knowledgeable and professional. Plan to have them come when A/C season is about to begin to check the A/C.

It went fairly well, there were some unexpected charges, that frustrated me a bit. However, outside of that, they were professional and did good work.

They gave me some advice and what I would need. Some provider’s changes to come out but Custom Temperature did not. I wanted to hire a more expensive service but they told me it was not necessary for me to get that because it would be too much. I think that was honest because for them it is more money. It was a tough job, they did it well and they kept us informed. I think I’m satisfied with the job. They schedule me like three weeks later and some of the other provider schedule more later and some didn't have time. It took them a week to do the job and they cleaned up.

Mo, the service tech was marvelous, he diagnosed and fixed both issues quickly. I guess it helps to be smart whatever work you do and Mo certainly is. This company is now my go to HVAC service company. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The service went well. Sul, the technician who came out to our house, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very polite/considerate. As a new home owner, I really didn't have much in-depth knowledge about my furnace. Per my request, Sul was welcoming to allow me to observe what he's doing, and even offered scientific explanations behind how the furnace worked which, as a science geek, I very much appreciated. Tony, the owner of the company, called me back within a couple of hours of leaving a message and let me know when the scheduler will call me to set up an appointment. The scheduler/front desk person can benefit from a little more friendly/warm customer service. The appointment was set up the same day she called, which was quick and worked great. Overall, they were responsive, punctual, reasonably priced, and the service provided was good. I would hire this company again, and I would particularly love to have Sul as our technician again.

Technician was on time and did a walk through with me. With a newly purchased home he asked good questions to understand what I was looking to do and what the priorities were as the A/C needs to be replaced and he provided a good recommendation. Also did the furnace and humidifier tune up

I've used them for a number of years. We have a service contract with them. It went very well.

Better than expected. Technician came out the same day. Repair was made and air conditioning was running within 30 minutes of the technician's arrival. They are always very courteous and explain what the problem is and what repair needs to be made.

Process went very well starting with the quote and all the way to firing up the newly installed system. Anthony (owner) arrived on time on the day promised for the quote. He examined our existing system and then provided us options for replacement - he was very patient and thorough during the discussion. We agreed on all the components/brands and he provided us a very competitive quote the following day. After reviewing and comparing all the quotes we received we accepted Anthony's quote and set-up an installation date that was convenient for us. All components were delivered and installed as promised on agreed upon date. Workers were efficient and work area was clean when job was completed. After system was installed the workers took the time to explain on how the new system would operate and what would be different/better than our old system. This was a big investment for us but it was a little less painful due to the service provided by Custom Temperature Control.

Anthony performed an inspection and cleaning of our heating unit. He walked me through some of the adjustments that could be made to better heat the house with the proper level of humidity. I am happy I went with them for the annual service so they will be back in the spring to inspect and prep the AC unit for the summer, and I am confident they will do a great job then.

They responded quickly. They did the job the same day I called them. I was really happy with the service.

Friendly guy (Ron) arrived right on time. Thoroughly cleaned humidifier, replaced filter. I thought the whole unit might have to be replaced it was so nasty; he said it was fine, just very dirty. He also replaced rubber tubing, which was covered in mold, with new pvc piping. He cleaned up after himself, left everything neat and clean.

This great experience began with the getting the estimate. Tony came out at the time I was given. He was very personable, professional, friendly, and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing him with all the questions I had. He explained things at the "HVAC for Dummies" level, which is what I needed and others were unable to do or didn't feel like doing. So I really like that he took the time to help me understand. This was a major purchase and I needed to feel comfortable that I was making a good decision. As for the installation, aside from the installers (sorry, I can't remember their names...I think one of them was Ron) showing up a little late on day 1, there were no issues. I'm writing the review in August, so I haven't been able to test the furnace yet, but the AC is working fine, the unit is much quieter and the temperature is quite nice! The installers had to bore through my concrete walls for the intake and exhaust pipes. They did so without damaging anything else and everything was sealed very neatly with concrete. The guys took their time to test both heating and AC. They answered any questions I had along the way and they left the area cleaner than it was when they started. The installation took 2 full days, which was a half day longer than anticipated, but I would rather they take longer and do a quality job the first time than a quick job that I'd have to continuously call back because the quality was poor. Everything I read about HVAC installation pointed to the installers. You can have the greatest equipment, but if the installation is poor, you lose. I got a great system and it was installed by the best. Win for me! I would, without hesitation, recommend Custom Temperature Control for any of your HVAC needs.

My a/c unit was low on freon. The technician came to my house, identified the issue and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and efficient.

Dear Readers, As someone who is a firm believer in doing their homework prior to purchasing anything, Custom Temperature Control from Clawson TX: 248.549.9090 beat their competition by a mile. I interviewed six heating and cooling companies who represented all the major AC manufactures out there. Tony and his staff beat the competition in sales presentation, product selectio, n, pricing installation, warranty and rebate. I have no doubt they will provide me the peace of mind I agreed to when I purchased their Amana 14 SEER 3-ton air conditioning package Model #ASX140361, with matching line set, indoor uncased coil and pad, one whip, properly fused, ¾ inch condensation drainage, permit, and their Limited Lifetime unit replacement if 10-year parts, 5-year labor warranty. That is worth having because most companies will include a parts warranty but not the free 5 year labor warranty. Lastly, Custom Temperature Control went out to make sure I had DTE?s most recent AC Rebate of $200 that had just been upgraded that week from $150. They came out as quick as they could after the basement flood happened and did an excellent job. The workers explained everything to me and were very friendly. My new furnace already saved me some money this winter. I am very happy with the service.
