Very happy with their responsiveness and professionalism. Mo from Custom was quick to call back and showed up on time. He offered his help in getting info on the warranty as my furnace was on the verge of being out of warranty. When I had an issue with the manufacturer a couple days later Mo stepped in and offered to help. Overall, I was very pleased

Very professional, friendly, and responsive.

It went very well. I live in an upstairs condo and my neighbor lives in the lower unit. The air conditioner had stop running. Because the neighbors had a home inspection done in their unit (due to them moving) (the inspector forgot to turn the air conditions back on in both units. When the serviceman arrived he concluded that my unit was actually housed inside of their unit, and the only way to access both units was through the lower level garage. Once the serviceman and I contacted the neighbor the problem was immediately resolved, all that was needed was to restart both air conditions. He then marked on the units to never turned off the power switch to upstairs unit. He was a professional and had a nice personality.

These guys have been taking care of our heating and cooling needs for years. We have come to think of them as friends. Tony (the owner, and all around really great guy), and Moe (the guy who we usually get for service calls, and a very frank, dependable, and easy going honest guy) have come to feel like good old friends. We already felt great about using them, but when my parents (who are very old, and not well) needed some furnace help over the last couple of years, the 2 of them went above and beyond. Last year Moe drove out of his service area to look into some problems they were having and was so patient with them, some things didn't go as expected and Tony also drove out there to check things out. He didn't charge them for the things I didn't expect, and was so kind to them as he explained what happened, This year they had some problems, and Tony himself went out of his service area again, he explained to my Dad that he really should get a new furnace, and called me at home to explain and give me a heads up. Actually Moe and tony have always called me and get me abreast of everything they were doing for my parents who can be pretty tough customers. My Dad still went with the replacement parts, but I was so appreciative of Tony calling me and telling me what was going on. These guys are honest, and dependable. I always feel ok about calling them.

on June 6, '12, he checkd our furnace and AC for $146. under the MA plan. On July 12, he repaired the burned out AC terminals for $ 135. On Nov. 29, '12, he inspected our heat exchanger and replacved our thermostat -- No charge on the MA plan. He was prompt and courteous. We recommend them.

They were very prompt to return my husband's inquiry on a repair needed at our rental home. They asked him to describe the issue and gave him an estimate of what it was going to cost over the phone. They did the repair on the day and time they said they would and under the estimate. They sent us a detailed bill after wards and followed with a phone call as well.

They are very good. Mo Klang, has the unique ability to convince his customers that his only goal in life is for them to be happy with his work.

Pilot safety switch went out, so the furnace would light and then go out in short spurts. This happened over the weekend, so we had a different company come out to diagnose. The other company did not do any of the diagnostic testing that Mo (technician from Custom Temp Control) did, and subsequently came up with a different problem that was more expensive to fix. Thankfully Tony called back before we made a decision, and explained what could be the problem as he was very familiar with the Bryant model we have in our house. Turns out his thoughts on the phone proved right, and the cost of fixing was even cheaper than we expected. Mo also told us about the Angie's List coupon, which we did not know about. And now our house is warm. Hopefully it stays that way :) I couldn't more more satisfied with the customer service, professionalism, and courtesy of this company. They are top notch. Hands down, fantastic.

The appointment was cancelled a couple times because of weather and scheduling issue and then it worked out that i would not be home but my wife would.I did not get a chance to meet with the company rep. so i don't feel like a rapport with the company but everything went well and i don't have any complaints.

AC was acting up. Purchased this to get it serviced. Meanwhile problem became more erratic. Person arrived on time, in a white service van. Fixed the unit to run but informed me thatbthevfan could last another six months or die that day. Replaced it, giving the $49 Angie's price as credit.

I was satisfied with the price and work completed. However, I wasn't satisfied with cleanup. The service man moved several ceramic planters that I didn't realize was in the way or I would have moved them myself. Instead of attempting to put them back the service man left them in the middle of the floor.

Easy to book. Showed up on time. Very thorough check of ac unit and furnace. Replaced some of the refrigerant on the ac unit. Just a great professional level of service and they didn't try to upsell me on stuff. Great work by my technician.

Shopping for new furnace and airconditioning is very stressful. Consumer reports indicate that this line of home repairs is challenging, Satistically all the products are similar - meaning no one brand name is obviously superior. The installation and serive provider correlates best with customer satisfaction. Thus far we are optimitimistic our new HVAC will work porperly for many years and that this contract will keep us satisfied even 5 years from now. The workers did a great job.

excellent Punctual and polite answer to the initial enquiry lead to an appointment time that was then confirmed and met by the operator and owner as they were so busy he had decided to come out on the call himself Thourough description of what he was looking at and why and efficient top up on the AC charge and we were done

Installation was done without a hitch. Installer was very professional and did a great job. Very happy with the service and the equipment. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them.

Called Tony for a service call and found that the furnace heat exchanger had a busted rivet. Although a repairable item, replaced the furnace anyways given the age of the same with a 92% efficient furnace. As always, Tony was extremely good in explaining my options and following thru and updating me throughout the process. I would feel comfortable in recommending this company to my friends & relatives.

Used Custom Temp control to repair a broken furnace due to a heat exchanger going bad. Tony & co were very good to deal with. I'ld definitely recommend their services.

My wife and I were very pleased with their informative and helpful professionalism, from quoting through installation. My wife was especially impressed with their careful respect and treatment of our house, from drop cloths to complete clean-up and removal of all the old HVAC remnants. We will gladly recommend them to anyone.

They are a little hard to get a hold of directly. I had to leave a call back number to schedule the appointments. They called back and they were able to schedule the service calls. They were very prompt in coming at the appointed time.

It was the first cold night of the season and our furnace decided it was still on summer vacation. We contacted Customer Temp Ctrl, based on so many positive reviews in Angie's List. We talked with Tony and scheduled an appointment for him to come and look at the furnace. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the furnaces problems. He explained the options we had and answered our many questions. I didn't feel as though Tony was driving to a specific outcome, he had recommendations, but the decision was ours. Once we made our decision to replace the furnace, he was quick to get us a firm quote (advising us of rebates that were available) and then quick to get the job scheduled and the new furnace installed. The installation team was professional, friendly and helpful. They worked hard and got the job done in less time than we expected. We appreciated their cleaning up when they were done. We would recommend this company!

Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I called Custom Temp to get an estimate for replacing the central AC in our home. Tony came out to our house and must have spent about two hours discussing the scope of work and answering all of my questions about the different units that were options for our home. He left stating that he would email me an estimate which he sent exactly when he said he would. We had several companies quote the job and tell me that certain things would have to be done that Custom Temp indicated were not necessary and would only add cost. I spoke with the city inspector prior to choosing a contractor to confirm what was required in the job and Tony at Custom Temp was the only one that was correct. We decided to go with Custom Temperature Control and were not disappointed in anyway. Emails and questions after the quote were answered promptly and courteously and they demonstrated the best value in their price and knowledge. The guys that came to do the work were professional and happy to explain every part of the job as it went along. The work was completed in around five hours without issue. We look forward to using them for any future heating and cooling needs.

In my opinin Custom Temperature Control is an excellent company. They show up as scheduled and do quality work. This was routine maintenance and I purchased a Residential Service Agreement thru Angies List that is good for the A/C in the spring and the Heating in the Winter. I have used them in the past and will continue to use their services.

Was very thorough and checked everything for leaks. I just didn't like the idea of him charging for the Freon, other companies come and do the same and include up to a pound of Freon with the price.

Mo called ahead to confirm and let me know he was on the way. Arrived on time. Checked the system, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Let me know what I could expect down the road due to the age and condition of the system. Very pleasant and efficient.
