The owner of the company Tatiana came out for a quote on 6/21/2022 and was able to start the job the very next day. I was impressed by the extremely hard work by everyone even in the extreme heat. They worked non stop all day from 9-5 and got the job done that we asked for and then some. 7 very large dead overgrown spruce trees were cutdown and stomps removed. They then treated another 6 spruce trees in hopes to save them. I cant say enough good things about this company and will definitely call them again if needed. Tatiana was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Performed a very poor tree trimming service in October. Never came to collect payment even though she said she would be by the following Tuesday. Showed up in February with two men demanding payment. Did not ever send a bill a or call abou payment. Left my tree looking like a stick sticking out of the ground.

Not only was the work done in a completely professional manner, but the information Tatiana gave me was useful and important. She is a real pro at what she does, and it was a pleasure to have her and her workers taking care of my property. The finished product was totally amazing!! I couldn't believe how beautiful my property could look!! The before was an overgrown , average looking property; the final result was a beautiful, standout property. I will definitely use this tree service again and again!

I called on a Wednesday evening and was greeted warmly by Tatiana the owner. I needed a quote to have branches hauled from my property that I had cut down myself and also was in need of some tree branches removed which were too high to get to and required a climber. I told her I’d been doing my own trimming and clearing of the wooded area behind my property line to get ready for my son’s graduation party that coming Saturday. Needless to say, I was a bit over zealous and had bitten off more than I could complete in time for the party. I was down right exhausted doing the yard work and needed the remainder of my time to get set up for the tents, tables & chairs that were being delivered on Friday as well as all the other things and details that go along with throwing a big bash. She came out the next morning by 8:30 AM to assess the job, she could tell I was overwhelmed needed help. She had her crew on another job that morning but said she could pull a few guys off that job for a couple hours and come by and do the additional trimmings and brush removal. By 10:00 AM she & 3 other men pulled into my diriveway with a truck and chipper. The young men began the ground clean-up and she put on her climbing gear and began to climb my tree herself. I was literally shocked when I saw her actually climbing up with that belt around her waist suspending this chainsaw to her belt. This woman is “bad ***” and not afraid to work just has hard as her crew. Her climber was on the job they started earlier that morning with two other guys and she was at my house with the other 3 employees. By 11:45 AM they were done. It was unbelievable. They even fertilized a couple trees that looked like they could use it and sprayed some weed killer under my kids’ trampoline to keep the weeds away. The workers were very polite and respectful of my property and left it completely clean to were I didn’t need to do any additional clean-up afterwords. Tatiana has a lot of tree knowledge and suggestions about tree care and maintenance and a great work ethic. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She’s also a genuinely nice person. One thing to watch out for though is her Colombian accent. Some of her words are hard to understand because she talks quickly, just ask her to slow down. And if you want to get a chuckle, just ask her to say ‘beach tree’, that one will make you laugh. I wouldn’t hesitate to call her back for future work, they’re just that good and fair priced to even bother calling anyone else.

They did an incredibly good job! I had services done with Village Tree Service on May 10, 2018. I had 2 huge dead trees that sat very close to my house. The Silver Maple was leaning toward my house and the Blue Spruce was next to my driveway and side entrance. When an ice storm caused several large limbs to fall onto the roof, I knew I could no longer delay having these trees taken down. Something had to be done as soon as possible but how to find a company that I could trust and was affordable was a problem. I began an online search and was able to get an estimate that was affordable from Village Tree Service. The business owner was very nice, very knowledgeable on trees and explained to me how the trees would be taken down safely. I really appreciated the thoroughness and honesty. As weather permitted and as was scheduled, the owner and crew arrived on time and safely took down both trees to my great relief. They also took down several other smaller dead trees that would eventually become a problem and trimmed multiple trees and bushes without charge. Not only did they clear up all debris from their work, but cleared away huge logs from previously cut down trees that were too costly to have removed by other services. It took 2 separate visits to get it all done because they were called away on emergency for DTE Energy due to a severe wind and rain storm. I hope to have them back again in Autumn for some additional work if they are available. They went above and beyond my expectations and I am very relieved and happy with the job they did.

Called on Monday 10/23/2017 talked to them about an estimate, when i gave her my address, she said "Your right near us" i can come out Tuesday 10/24/2017 at 10:00 and give you an estimate. Tuesday came and went, she never came out, never called to re-schedule, never called to explain why she NEVER came out, a totally UN-professional way to run a business. I guess Village Tree Service, must be financially solid, to turn business away, i know i wuldn't run a business that way!

They responded immediately. Came over to give an estimate, and came and removed the tree and tree stump two days later.

A tree fell and damaged our house. Naturally, this made my wife and I very nervous about additional trees both on our property and the neighboring woodlot. Tatiana came out on a moments notice and examined the situation. She told us what trees needed to be removed do to disease/bug infestation, which trees needed to be trimmed and which trees should stay. I was very impressed by her knowledge as she took the time to show me the different types of bore holes the insects were making in the infested trees. Though nobody was home when the crew arrived, they performed the work that was stated (and then some). The only way we could tell that they were there was the removed/trimmed trees. I highly recommend this company.

I have been very happy with them. She has been very nice. I would give her an A-, because sometimes communication is hard and appointments are missed due to my complicated time window. She tries her best though and she does very good work.

They were phenomenal and they did wonderful job. They were on time, they had a good price. They were neat and clean as well.

They trimmed 30 trees and took down 2 of them. They completed the work in 2 days. At the end of each day, they cleaned up so well that you couldn’t even tell that they were there. There wasn’t even a leaf in my yard when they were done. I wished I could give them an A+.

Their crew worked quickly and cleaned up all limbs. The property was left in a neat condition. They also accepted additional requirements with no additional charge.
