First, we want to be clear about the effort we made to try to assist with this project. We were very timely in our response to your request for a quote, we contacted multiple manufacturers and had several phone conversations trying to find materials that would match your existing fence, and we sent our operations manager out to site visit to go over all of your specific project details to make sure we were able to provide exactly what you needed; all prior to any hint of contract or payment. It is unclear about the experience that you have that qualifies you to make a fencing price and timetable assessment as you did? And then reference your tree removal cost to gauge our proposal, while choosing not to address any of the other grading areas of the process? This is what we do everyday, and this project was not nearly as cut and dry as you described, especially to do it correctly and in conjunction with dealing with your old existing plastic fencing in freezing temperatures. We have said this before and will say it again, we are not a handyman service that works on the side and provides sub par performance or "patches" that don't last. We are a professional fence company that provides high quality work and superb customer service, which is reflective in our excellent reputation. If you want something slapped together that is not what we do; if you want a quality job with professional service we can and will provide that. If this comes across a bit too brazen, we apologize, but this is important to us and we work extremely hard to provide the best customer service possible and maintain positive feedback and reviews.
