From working with Cathy to schedule my inspection, having the inspection by Craig, and receiving the full inspection report in a timely manner, the whole process was great. We hired Davis Inspection Services to perform an inspection on a house we were purchasing. They performed a very thorough inspection and gave us a very detailed, easy to follow report. Both inspectors that were on-site at the time of the inspection made sure to point out little details and explain to us what they were doing and why they were doing it. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Davis Inspection to anyone looking for a home inspection.

We had a home inspection done by Ric Davis and Craig Wojcik of Davis Inspection. Ric and Craig provided exemplary service. They were punctual, personal, patience, and very professional. They demonstrated that they were very knowledgeable, experienced, and took pride in their work. We received a timely objective detailed report with pictures. Work that possibly needed a more professional specialized analysis was pointed out. Cost-effective ways were suggested to resolve some issues. Without any reservations, I would use and recommend Davis Inspection

A friend referred us to Davis Inspection Services to perform an inspection on a house we were about to buy. I placed the call to set up an appointment and was greeted on the phone by Cathy (not an automated menu, but one of the owners!), who was professional, yet made you feel like family (she was so friendly and helpful). She set up the inspection appointment for us and sent all of the info we would need. Doug was the assigned inspector, who was on-time, professional (yet friendly), and had extensive knowledge and experience. He sent us a complete, detailed report the very next morning, and was available to answer a follow-up question that we had. First impressions are the most important, and this company was 5-star all the way. If you're looking for an inspection service that is highly qualified, reliable, and trustworthy, Davis Inspection Services is the place to go!

Great experience. Inspector was knowledgeable, efficient, arrived early and was a good communicator. The report was comprehensive and easy to follow. Overall a very satisfied customer.

Inspector was very knowledgable but had my daughter take all notes and pictures and indicated that no report would be made unless additional payment was made and then all notes and pictures had to be turned over to the company to do this. He was just there to tell her what needed attention and that was it. I have had several inspections for new construction in my time and never have I come across this type of service or lack thereof. I may the mistake of using Angie's List to find a top rated company for my daughter but this company by no means meets that criteria in my opinion. They will not be used now for the final inspection.

Davis inspection is professional and respectful. They went through every detail as they went through the house and were honest about what to expect. Also they answered all my questions and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Buying a home can be stressful especially your first. Dave took the time to explain everything so that I could understand what he saw issues with.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Richard Davis and Davis Inspection Services. I am relocating to Michigan for my job and purchasing a home in an area I am unfamiliar with and have only seen once in person. Richard Davis was recommended by a friend for my home inspection which i was unable to attend (I'm in Texas). Ric introduced himself via voicemail before the inspection began and went over what he would be doing in great detail, once completed he called to inform me the inspection would be ready for my review that evening. The inspection that i received went above and beyond and is the most in depth of any inspection I've ever received in the four states and ten homes I've purchased. I was provided with an inspection and a file of photos to coincide with the information was provided in the report. Ric had offered to answer any questions i had about the report and spent quite a bit of time on the phone patiently answering any questions I had after i received the report. His inspection has really helped to make the decision on purchasing a home pretty much sight unseen so much easier. I highly recommend this company and will be using them and recommending them to anyone who needs a highly qualified, reputable inspector.

Wonderful. They got there early to check roof and had 2 guys working to get it done more efficiently. Extremely thorough and very nice. Explained everything in detail and report was complete with pictures. Excellent customer service. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent!!! From the phone call to schedule the appointment to the inspection itself . I can not thank Ric Davis enough for doing a most in depth inspection and finding issues with our home , current and future ones brewing . While we had an inspection before we purchased our home over 20 years ago this inspection was far superior to the other one . Not even close ! He put up a Drone to look at the roof , a Robot to took at crawl space . So very thorough. My husband and I were quite amazed at Ric’s knowledge of the things that were issues and the remedy for them . The whole experience culminated the next morning in an email with a detailed pdf report , that also gave a roadmap on which issues need attention first , and another pdf with lots photos depicting all issues found . So in my opinion if your in need of a inspection for your home, (and at this point I think a good idea to find hidden issues.) I can tell you you probably won’t find better than Ric Davis . A plus is he is not only a certified inspector , but holds a building license.! Oh reasonable cost too . Depends on square footage of home. Thanks Ric , Georgia Rosen

Ric and Craig were beyond helpful. They answered all of our questions (there were a lot) and did a very thorough job. As this is our first time buying a house, we were not sure what to expect but they walked us through the process and made their observations easy for us to understand. We will definitely recommend them to anyone we know purchasing a home.

Doug's attention to detail was great and he identified numerous structural issues that would have been extremely costly to correct. He never made us feel stupid for not seeing these things on our walk-thru, instead he educated us on what to look for so we can make better decisions next time. He was great to work with and well worth the cost! He saved her from purchasing a money pit. We will definitely use him again when we find the next "perfect" house.

An excellent experience. Inspector showed up early and had already done the external inspection when we arrived. Went through every issue and answered every questions. Amazing level of attention to detail. Clearly differentiated between things to ask seller to do, things to pay attention to and things to know about. Written report was detailed and comprehensible. Would definitely recommend.
