Description of Work: Purchased lighting fixtures from Broze. I wish they knew more technical information on their ceiling fans.

This has been the absolute worst experience! First - The very first thing that I said to the clerk is a requirement that the fixture we purchase uses LED bulbs. The clerk waived her hand pointing to the ceiling stating that almost all of the accent light fixtures use LEDs. We selected the Four Light Rocket displayed on their ceiling. She gave us the one she had left without the box and with Halogen bulbs telling us that they were getting ready to put it out on display. Before I checked out, I confirmed that the fixture would take LED bulbs and she told us yes that they were "around $7-8" and pretty much always available. We got home and prepared to install it and realized that it was missing parts. When we called the store to inquire about the parts, the same clerk told us that all parts were in the box and we must not be seeing them. She told us that the missing parts must be our fault, very argumentative. After assuring her several times that we did not have the parts and her telling us that we did, the clerk finally looked around her shop and found the parts on their repair bench. We drove back and got the parts. We installed the fixture and found out that 3 of the 4 Rocket Lights were burned out. We decided to replace the burnt out Halogens with LEDs and rather than drive the 1/2 hour back to Brose, we went to the local Home Depot. They did not have LEDs in stock. We called Brose and the same clerk told me that they also did not have it in stock and she would order them, BUT, they are not $7-8 instead they are $20 something each and she would need a 50% credit card deposit before she would order them. We paid the deposit and a week later they came in. We drove out to pick them up and realized that she did not order the correct light. It turns out that there is no LED light that replaces these Halogens. When I reminded her that the one requirement I had is that the fixture use LED bulbs and she told us that this one would, she told us that she did not tell us that. She only told us that almost all of the accent lights used LEDs forgetting that I specifically asked before check out. Very argumentative. Again, my fault. Now, it appears that the fixture is defective - I have replaced the same bulb 4 times since we had it installed in August. Three work find, one keeps burning out. I don't dare go back because I am tired of the horrible customer service and terrible attitude of the clerk. The argumentative attitude of the clerk leads me to believe that we will get absolutely nowhere. Once again, must be my fault. Just wasted $100 on a light fixture. Glad it was on sale and we didn't pay the full $199 price! Brose lost a customer as well as any referrals!

Products were of high quality. We had to order what we wanted and there was no follow-up by the store until we called to inquire about our order. The original order was not in stock from the manufacturer for 2 months but until we asked Brose about our order after about 1 month, he didn't know that information. The manufacturer didn't have our original item in stock after 2 months so we ordered something else and are very happy with the items. The only complaint was no follow-up by Brose unless prompted by us.
