We had a great experience having our basement finished by Bright Looks and would definitely recommend. They were very professional and always a step ahead us in terms of anticipating our questions and concerns. The payment plan by draw was laid out clearly at the beginning so we understood when we would be charged for each phase. They worked every day until the job was finished and finished a few days earlier than planned. The customer service was perfect throughout the process and we are very happy with the end product.

Paul worked with our budget and offered great ideas for our remodel. All the workers were considerate and friendly. Special requests were incorporated. When they hit snags that cost more than the bid, the price for the project was not raised. Work was completed in less than the projected time. The basement family room looks amazing, now a 21st c space with great lighting and new ceiling and walls. I will definitely call them for future projects. Paul had great ideas for other rooms we want to remodel.
