The crew were all very professional and polite. The quality of their work is excellent and they showed up at the time they said they would be here.. I have all ready recommended them to one of our friends for a project she wants done in her home.

They remodeled a room in our basement. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely hire them again. "Bright Looks" is aptly named, because they really brightened up that room, adding a new ceiling, recessed lights, power outlets, finished a window, built a walk-in closet, and painted. They did what they said they would do, did it on time, and within budget. And they're nice guys, too. What else is there? Hopefully some day we'll have them back to do the rest of the basement, or another project. I wouldn't hesitate.

Professional, on time and flexible. Staff was friendly and cared about all of our concerns, was able to answer every question and provide guidance for custom ideas. Overall perfect experience to what could have been a long drawn out "worksite" mess. In the end, I have a fully turn key basement bathroom, of excellent quality, and a fully framed basement. The price could NOT be beat by other bids and the quality is impressive. Highly recommended for remodeling, basement finishing and painting.

This was a basement finishing project. Paul and his crew are customer centric focused. He was so patient as we changed the remodeling job two times (we expanded the area to be remodeled twice). I like the fact that Paul is not only the owner, but he is a hands-on craftsman himself...he built a beautiful custom made TV stand and bookshelves. The service that my husband and I was most iimpressed (besides the quality of work) was Paul and his team literally finished our basement in nine days...our basement area that was finished was approximately 1400 sq ft. Lastly, the draw system and payment was clearly explained in the estimate.

Did a great job. Quoted us 3 weeks, and only took two. Cleaned up everything at the end of every day. Gave us the best price out of all the quotes we got. Would definitely use them for any home remodel.
