They remodeled my larger bathroom. They had to take out Jacuzzi /shower and repair some of the damage. Some rotting needed to be repaired. Very timely, do what they say they are going to do. Paul oversees the work and makes sure its done properly. He makes anything right if it needs to be corrected. He is currently getting started on our basement that flooded.

Paul and his crew completed our basement remodel today and we are very pleased. The contract indicated the work would be completed within two weeks and it was finished early. Paul offered some great suggestions and went above and beyond what was expected. Both Paul and the members of his crew were friendly and professional. The crew was here each morning at 7:30 and worked until 5:00 or later as needed. They did an excellent job with clean up - both during the work and after the project was completed. We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend Bright Looks to family and friends.

Paul & his team done a very high work -- certainly they exceeded our expectations! Finished our basement way ahead of time. They quoted 3 weeks to complete our large basement, but completed the work in 2 weeks including city permits and approvals. Very glad that we hired them for our work. Paul and his crew did an outstanding job on our large basement remodel. He quoted 3 weeks and he was done in 3 weeks. They worked every single day, 7 am - 5 pm and they hustled. We had put in a bathroom with shower, bedroom, full bar, gas fireplace and large living area. Paul quoted us the best price and he stuck with the quote throughout- no surprises. He accommodated our minor changes as the project went along and he always answered questions via phone, email and text. Our basement looks like we had hoped. They were great. In and out in 8 1/2 days. Put in rec room, full bath, and bedroom. They were very clean and friendly. Did everything they said they would and more. It's taking us longer to wait on carpet for install than to have Paul remodel the entire basement from scratch. We're very pleased and highly impressed.

Paul and his crew were not only efficient and did quality work, they were very respectful and cleaned up daily. They completed a large job (basement renovation with a bathroom, new ceramic tile floors in our kitchen and both bathrooms, new backsplash) in 7 days.
