Description of Work: Reinforced basement walls with restraining carbon fiber straps. Excavated basement floor next to basement walls and installed new weep tile and tied it into the storm sewer drain. Replaced excavated basement floor. | |I was impressed with the entire process from the estimate through the completion. They had to carry all of the excavated concrete in buckets up the basement steps and thru the kitchen and down a hall. They had to reverse the process to bring in new concrete. They put down a protective barrier on the floor and steps to prevent damage. It was a very messing process and I think they did a good job of keeping the dust to a minimum. I would recommend this business to anyone who has cracked basement walls or a wt basement.

Description of Work: They drilled holes on both sides of a seam that was leaking and pushed foam into the crack under pressure. They also filled two leaking rod holes with patch and gave me a 20 year guarantee that will transfer to new owners. I couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: First they cleaned and leveled my crawlspace. Then sprayed for molds, sealed and insulated it. They also installed a sump pump system. The floors in the house are warmer and the musty smell is gone. They also tell me it will cut down on insects in my house. We'll see in the spring.

Description of Work: My basement flooded with 3 inches of water after the tile drains collapsed. The company was exceptionally professional, its price very reasonable, knew ALL the city building code requirements, worked very well with the city inspectors, passed all 3 required inspections (plumbing/construction), and did an overall excellent job. Not a single leak or problem ever since.

Description of Work: Had B-Dry salesman come out to give me an estimate as I had rod-hole leaks in my basement. He estimated 20 but there we actually 30+. I called the Clarkston office and scheduled the work. I scheduled it for an afternoon and the young man was prompt, polite and as we went in the basement he checked every wall and came up with approximately 13 more holes to be repairs, thus the 30+ were repaired. He explained how and what supplies he would use. He even took two sheets of paneling down and ceiling tile to get to some of the holes also. At that I left him alone to do his work. He cleaned the holes with screwdriver and then drilled just to the side or underneath each hole to inject the sealant and them use hydraulic cement to seal the hole. Took him the entire aternoon and had to drive all the way back to the Clarkston, MI office. He swept the floor cleaned up any left over sealant that he explained would expand and I could just scrape off the excess with a putty knife later. I paid him and off he went. About a week later I kept checking the holes and as we had a terrible rain storm I thought this would really be a great test. Well, one rod hole leaked and that was because it was hidden just under a step. I called the company and another young man came out did the same thing and since then not one drop of water has entered my basement. WHOOO HOOO for B-Dry!!
