I have looked into these issues, in doing so I have found that some of these issues did in fact happen and have been resolved. In addition to being resolved you were also compensated with a credit to your final balance due for your troubles. Unfortunately, once these things of this nature do occur, all we can do is try and make it right by correcting the issue, which in your case we did. Prior to any repair we make every customer is given the opportunity to apply for financing. There are many steps to the financing process if you are approved. Also, PRIOR to any repair we make we have a written agreement with our clients that outlines the scope of work, cost of repair, and how payment is to be made upon completion of the repair. This agreement is then signed by our client(you) and by our consultant prior to any work commencing. The time to discuss and apply for financing is before this agreement is made. In your case, our agreement was to pay in full upon completion of the work. You brought to our attention that you would like financing after the agreement was made, signed, all the work was installed, and it was time to pay the final balance. Unfortunately, this is not how our financing program procedures work due to the process of getting you approved. Once again, I am sorry for your experience. We have tried our best to remedy your situation by correcting the issues, compensating you, and explaining how our financing program works.
