Our spa pump was leaking, Michael came to our home, took the leaking pump with him because it had an old style impeller. He returned a few days later with a newly rebuilt spa pump, installed it and he ensured that we had no leaks. We were very pleased with his service and it was considerably cheaper than a new pump.

It went great. The gentleman who came out was really nice to me and understood my needs. He was kind & helpful to me in regards to my situation and gave me just what I required. I will definitely keep his card handy and I feel confident that I'll call him if/when the need arises!

First off, Mike responded quickly to my online request. He came within that same week and was prompt. He diagnosed the problem and had to come back. His price was fair and now we are using our hot tub again! We would definitely use him again.

He provided a reasonable estimate and the final price was much lower. He got the part quickly and fitted us into his schedule quickly. There was a small problem and he fully honored his warranty immediately and professionally. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would hire Mike again.

Mike found that the power supply wire was burnt on my 2000ish cal spa hot tub that was here when I bought this house, he removed the burnt section of wire and used a twist connector to complete the circuit. It’s now been 3 weeks and the tub is working great. I think the price was a little high for a few minutes of work but all in all I’m happy

Went perfect. He found some other issues and was able to fix the pump prior to the weather getting cold. He had to make an extra trip to get parts but was able to get everything done quickly. Very happy and it has been running fine ever since.

It went great. We called Mike on Monday. He called back immediately and said he could be here on Wednesday morning due to working an all-day repair on Tuesday. He arrived promptly and had all of the proper parts and tools to do the job. The problem was a pump seal and he replaced it quickly and efficiently. We didn't even have to drain the tub, thereby saving 365 of gallons of water. Mike is friendly, knowledgeable, and does great work. We would definitely hire him again -- and we'll probably get the chance, since our spa is 24 years old!

Bought a house with a leaky hot tube that wasn't winterize. Mike came out on Saturday morning and dug out all the bad parts and returned on the next Wednesday to put it all back together. When Mike was done he made sure it was working OK and walk my wife through the operation. We were very happy with his service

Mike was great! He called to schedule an appointment, was on-time and was thorough in explaining repair. His pricing was reasonable and we worked quickly to get our spa repaired. Mike ordered the necessary parts and was back within a couple days to . We were very happy with his service & will definitely contact him again for any future repairs. We even ordered a new spa cover through him which he delivered within a couple weeks. We had used Viscount previously & their pricing was much higher and we were not happy with the service. I would definitely recommend calling Mike at All Spas Serviced if you need your spa repaired!

This was the first time I've ever had to have service on my Spa, and didn't know what to expect. When it broke it was under 40 degrees out, and I didn't know how long it would take to get someone out or how long the repairs would take. The spa is also in a difficult location sunk into a deck, and I was concerned that might create additional complications. I called Mike & left him a message outside of his business hours, hoping for a callback the next day. He called me later that evening, and we booked an appointment for the next day. Mike showed up on time within the window he promised, and was very courteous & professional. He clearly has many years of experience and was very patient with all of my questions. The difficult location of the spa hardly slowed him down, and he got my hot tub repaired with a new heater the same day, in less than 3 hours. His pricing was completely reasonable, and I'll likely have him out again for some spa upgrades when its warmer. I absolutely recommend him to any friends or family needing spa service!

We had a great experience with Mike! He answered questions via email on one issue that we were able to fix on our own easily -- I told him we'd be happy to use him for future problems and lo and behold we had a leak in our hot tub so he was able to come out to do some work. Very quick to get us on the schedule, very fair price and did a great job. I'm happy to recommend him!

Mike replaced some critical components of the Sundance Spa, which had leaked and wasn't working. He tried to get it working but realized some of the components were broken, had frozen, and needed to be replaced. He quoted me accurately, I told him to get the parts and do it and within the week, it was completed and it's working well.

Mike returned call promptly, and came when he said he would. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem. He also gave additional tips and advice on the spa. Very satisfied with service. I am confident if there was a bigger issue he would be honest and fair about the repair.

great--Michaet is very experienced, quick and looks to provide the service with the lowest cost option. Believe he repaired a motor many people would not have fixed.

He came here, was quick at establisihing what the problem was. Did not have the part and showed me how to do it once I adquired the part. He was very helpful, professional and punctual.

Mike came out on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem. Several other service "professionals" wanted $400-$500 for a complete repair. He not only fixed the problem but showed me all of the details of the spa and set up the chemicals for me. We just moved in the house and it did not run. He was excellent.

He came out within the time frame promised, worked for 1 1/2 hours, and fixed it good as new; including replacing a part that affected the electronics, that we did not even know was bad. We were quite surprised at the cost, since we thought it would have been much more. Mike was very nice, friendly, and professional, and we truly appreciated him coming such a long way.

I have been working with Mike, since last about a Hot tub issue that was caused by another company. He came out several times to check on the repairs another company did wrong. He helped me to get the correct part ordered and he then installed it 7/5/14. He also let me know how to adjust the timing on the pump and explained each operation. I would highly recommend MIke, he's honest and dependable and I would not call anybody else for my Hot Tub repair. Always returned my calls.

We paid Mike for an hour of his time to inspect our hot tub and educate us on maintenance, care, and general use. Mike was very patient as we asked questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I have several pages of notes from our meeting and now am confident in being a new owner of a hot tub.

We called Mike this morning, came out today at time scheduled and on time. Hot Tub was not running, replaced the heating element and made sure all the jets were running and tub was starting to heat up. It's nice and hot again and it didn't cost us a small fortune to fix it! :) Just a update, I got home after work yesterday evening, the hot tub motor was running but the water wasn't heating. I called Mike and he promptly returned today, fixed the problem and now it's heating up! I will definitely recommend him to others.

Mike was amazing; he drove all the way from Clarkston to Sterling Heights even in the terrible road conditions today. His pricing was right on, service was complete in a timeley manner, and he gave some suggestions about hot tubs in general. Came out on time, found the problem which required taking parts out to be repaired. Returned when promised and made the repairs. Price was good.

There is nothing to say. The provider NEVER responded to my email. I expect a provider to immediately or at least within 24 hours to respond to email inquiries.
