Working with Brent Duffet and Peyton Properties was a very positive experience. I am a first time home buyer, so I was unsure of what to expect. He walked me through the process and explained each step which made it easy for me to understand. He also worked around my schedule and was helpful with showing me many listings. I highly recommend Peyton Properties if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

Worst service ever! We trusted our agent to explain the documents that we were signing. He knew we wanted 5 days after closing to move out. The day of closing we had people in our home in attended that were trying to move their things in before we had even closed. At the closing our Peyton Realtor realized that he had misunderstood a document since he wasn't familiar with that form. And we didn't have 5 days but needed to be out immediately. We had our entire home to move out yet. So we signed the closing documents and immediately started to pack the moving truck. The new buyer came over and caused a scene in which the realtor wanted nothing to do with. He pretty much got his check and bailed on us. We packed the truck and left in 4 hours. Then the Realtor says "you guys really did have 5 days to move out. You should've just called the cops when the new buyer came over" but instead of letting us know this when he found out he instead waited until we were all done and called him. It was very unprofessional. If he was unfamiliar with a document then he should have asked someone who was familiar with it. We trusted him as a professional in the real estate business and he failed us. Very disappointing.

The gentleman has been great! He's really working on trying to find me the house that I want.
