 + 1 moreWe interviewed several soft water companies for the work we wanted done before settling on Owens. Jerry Gaca came to our home to look at our existing water filtration system and give us his thoughts on the best solution for us. He was very informative and listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. While he was there, he gave us other ideas (a better filter suggestion that we could install ourselves) as well as thoroughly explaining our entire filtration and soft water set up. We had a reverse osmosis system installed in our lower level and a supply line to the kitchen sink and refrigerator ice maker. Curt, the installer, was on time and professional. The initial install had a hiccup but when I took a video of the water flow to the faucet and sent it to Jerry (at 6:05 am no less), Jerry answered within 10 minutes and said he would send the technician back. Yesterday, we had the small issue fixed and we couldn't be happier with the result. We would very definitely use Owens again based on this high touch, high customer satisfaction service and recommend them to others.

They cleaned up after themselves and ensured that I knew how everything operated when they were finished. I would highly recommend Owens Soft Water to anyone in the market for water treatment in Michigan.
Description of Work: They installed a Kinetico Water Softener, Kinetico Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System, ran the lines to my refrigerator, and installed faucets at my kitchen and bathroom sinks for me.

Description of Work: I had problems after installation. It took 4 visits to resolve the problems. All the employees were very professional and the owner called to apologize for the inconvienence. The system is working well and does what they claimed it would do.
