ABC Warehouse

Description of Work: About 4 weeks ago I went into ABC Warehouse to purchase a new dishwasher as my old one had stopped working. As I rent my home I wanted to go with a less expensive dishwasher. I had purchased another dishwasher by Frigidaire from them about a year and a half before and I didn't want the same brand as it had stopped working quickly. I told the salesman I didn't want the Frigidaire brand and he said well we have a GE dishwasher that ended up being $30 more. They delivered the dishwasher and another company was going to install it a few days later. They left the dishwasher in the middle of my small kitchen and I had to move it to my dining room. As I was moving it I realized it was the brand that I didn't want. I called ABC Warehouse and spoke with the Manager, as the original salesman wasn't in that day. The Manager told me they had no GE in stock that was anywhere near that price. I asked to speak with the GM and was told he wasn't in that day but would in the next day. At this point I told them to come pick up the dishwasher. I spoke with the GM the next day and neither he nor the manager that I spoke with previously were apologetic. They were borderline rude and not helpful in getting the mistake resolved. I ended up having to call my bank to start a dispute for the purchase. After I called the bank ABC Warehouse did come and pick up the dishwasher.

Description of Work: We ordered a new fridge from ABC Wearhouse on Elizabeth Lake Rd. in Waterford MI. They gave us a delivery date and phoned to cancel that date and moved it up a week. Then we phoned them to verify that second date only to find out it wasn't coming for yet another week. We should have been notified that the second delivery date had been canceled. We canceled our order at ABC and the person who had sold us the new fridge, we were told, was off that day.

Description of Work: We purchased a microwave and a dishwasher.
