Turns out the leak was from one of the tie-rod holes. Joe mentioned he normally charges for 10 at a time, and would hate to charge me that price to fix just one, so he showed me what I needed to do to fix it myself. I appreciate the honesty!

it went very well.joe's crew came out to fix leak at egress window.they came out on time and dug down to drain tiles and waterproofed one side of foundation about 5 feet out. when that didn't stop leak joe did 5 feet on the other side of window at no charge and that fixed the problem.joe went above and beyond to make me happy.i would recommend joe to anyone who wants to deal with someone who sticks to his word and fixes the problem.

This was an amazing experience start to finish. Joe came out to give us a quote. He suggested that we try a couple of different things before getting the waterproofing done just to be sure we needed it before we spent the money. We did end up needing the waterproofing, and we are so glad we used Water B Gone. Everyone at the company worked so hard to be sure the job was done correctly - permits, inspectors, workmanship, etc. They left the worksite in amazing condition - they even replaced the grass and mulch they had taken out to put in the sump pump discharge pipe. Terrible experience with this company. Paid them install backflow (sewer backup) prevention. Afterward our basement smelled like sewage. Over the course of a very stinky YEAR they sent three different people to diagnose with no luck, so called another plumber who figured it out in 20 mins (they tied the sump into a ‘bleeder’ (pipe) run by a previous waterproofer (and previous owner) connected directly to the sewer!) This not only negated the backflow from working, but they rescheduled three times before fixing and didn’t do what we had originally discussed (the other company quoted too.) Then the owner was completely unprofessional and offensive when I asked him to explain why. I will be calling another plumber out to review. After 1.5 years post-original install, I have no confidence it will prevent flood! 1st negative review.

Joe Safie did this for her, provided a report, some minor issues and he told me how to repair them myself, and wouldn't accept payment of any sort. So the $50 dollar bill he politely declined went for children's cancer research. Thanks Joe.

Contractor did an excellent job with installing drainage hosing around the perimeter of the basement. Work was completed Dec 2017, to date I've had no issues with water entering my basement. The start to completion of the project took aprx 7 hours and cleanup was outstanding!!

It went great! John and his crew were very courteous and great to work with. They performed the job quickly and were extremely neat and respectful of our home.

It was excellent service. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently to fix our leak and even showed us other areas of concern as we had a rodent problem. We are so pleased that we went with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Delayed response to Angie's list contact and setting up work date. Informative and descriptive quote for how and why repair work would be done. Good price and quality work completed. I would use them again.

Joe walked into my home, and knew exactly what to do. I received an interior trench, back water valve and sump pump- the best line of defense now-a-days. Joe and his team were hyper-responsive (Joe always answers his phone), professional, honest, clean, and the best price around- what more could you ask for? Joe and his team finished 3 days after starting and we had heavy rains the next two days- not a drop in my basement.

Joe came and suspected a crack in the wall behind the drywall or the leak may be due to rod hole leak. Did a water hose test from outside and found out it was coming because of rod hole. Promptly sent guys working under him and they took care of the issue and also a crack on another wall.

This is one of the better contractors experiences I have had. From start to finish, Joe and his staff, were professional and friendly. I was very concerned about the potential for damage to the wall, etc. and a mess. The prep was excellent and the job went off without a hitch, with a quality system installed and no damage or mess. Best of all, no water in my basement after a heavy rain. I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend this company to anyone.

They showed up on time and did a great job. They walked around the outside of my house and gave me recommendations on what I could do to help further protect against water coming into the basement.

They did a nice job. Rat holes appear to be holding and I've had a few Times for it has rained

We have enjoyed working with Water B Gone. We obtained 2 other estimates, Water B Gone was extremely thorough in answering all of our questions (and we had a lot) we never felt any pressure to go with their company. We took several months to make our decision and called several times to ask additional questions. Every employee that we came in contact with, was professional and courteous. I had three bids. Had a small area of the basement that leaked and their bid was thousands of dollars cheaper than the other two bids. No pressure to sign a contract. Joe took time to explain why he thought his solution would work and left it up to us to decided. No leak in the basement after several hard rains.

Have not had a leak since they fixed. Very satisfied!
