They are outstanding to work with. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and totally put us at ease through the whole process. Buying and selling can be very stressful and they took the stress right out of the whole process. Not only are they very professional, but they are fun as well.

Eric and the team did a fantastic job of selling our home. Our initial contact lasted about an hour as a detailed plan was explained regarding presale (photos, mailings, phone calls, video recording, appraisal) then sale process with a secondary company handling showing appointments and a specific person from the office to contact with questions regarding any aspect of the sale and finally the explanation of closing process. Our sale went like this: on Wednesday the house posted to the internet at approx 2 PM, a sign posted in the front yard around 4 PM, by 6 PM we had our first request to view on Thursday followed by 5 others! Then on Thursday 6 more showings were scheduled for Friday!! 5 showings were scheduled for Saturday but Eric called and stated we had two offers for the house from the Friday showings ... both were above our asking price and we accepted one of those. Our experience with Eric was A+ ... Thank you for a great experience.

This is the second time I used Eric and his team. I used them a little over a year ago to sell my deceased mother's home. Based on his outstanding performance on that sale I used him to sell our current home. Eric was prompt in coming to the house, showing me the comps and then suggesting a listing price. Immediately after the listing going live we had people scheduling viewings. We had an offer within a week. Once we had the offer Nicole from Eric's team was constantly available to answer questions about the progress in the buyer's financing and providing info needed for closing.
