Oasis Custom Pools and Spas, Inc.

They ordered the wrong size liner twice, it has several areas of wrinkles other areas of pulling but they called it good. They cannot personally service the product they installed, the salt dispenser malfunctioned and they said call someone else. The job was incomplete, imprecise, and nothing but a problem. I would avoid this company and I have never written a negative review in my life.

Oasis Custom Pool & Spa is the best pool service. Brian told us we would be swimming by the fourth of July 2023 and he was a week ahead of schedule. He answered all our phone calls and texts. This company went above and beyond the job. We highly recommend this pool company for all your pool needs.

Oasis has been the best pool company I have used. They are very professional & are punctual when emergencies arise (and I've had a few). I highly recommend them. After dealing with other pool companies for over 20 years Oasis excels.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional in demeanor, crew as well. Took forever to get the work done, and left a mess behind, which destroyed parts of my lawn. Didn't get the correct liner for my pool but stretched one to fit. I do not recommend this company.

The guys were nice and did the job

Terrible experience. Stay away from this guy. He is not accountable for mistakes and does not care about the customer. He comes across as very nice and caring at first, but once he gets a big chunk of your money, he is gone for weeks to months at a time. It took 17 months from the start of the pool installation to the completion of inspection paperwork with the township.

They were the first to respond, understanding, very efficient, and the pricing was amazing!

I had an urgent situation. Brian answered my call at 5:30pm on Friday. Even though all of his crews were booked solid, he came himself on Saturday.

Currently waiting to start the project. the first week in may will be the start of the project. Thanks
