Showed up on time, the day promised. Caulked and patched all that was needed, did the carpentry, and first coat all in one day. Came back second day and completed the second coat. I've decided I'll never paint again ! Awesome job we couldn't be happier. Luigi was in contact daily to make sure everything was good and we were satisfied.

He did not skimp, it was beautifully done. He did some patching behind my vanity. No one could have done a better job! He does perfect work.

Bottom line: Excellent work. I started the project by removing paneling off two walls and additonal framework and insulation from one of the walls. Previous owner had used glue, two sided tape and large nails (in the frame) which caused a lot of damage when removing (to include ripped paper and excessive glue). Knowing this job just got bigger than I planned, I called a couple of painters for estimates. Luigi at LRM looked at the job and decided to contact an associate of his who was well equipped to tackle the repair job. He returned with Jimmy for another look and provided different options concerning the work that I was asking them to do. While the intial estimates were fairly close, the other painter suggested I contact a carpenter to take care of the window. Both Luigi and Jimmy gained my confidence by the interest they showed in taking on this project and discussing how they would go about it. On to the work...Jimmy and another carpenter showed up in the afternoon on the first day to install all the woodwork so they could be ready for repair and prep work on the following day. Care was taken to cover furniture in the room and clean up afterwards. The next day was mostly fixing the walls and priming for paint. Additional care was taken to cover the entire walkway to the room. On to day 3 where the painting was finished by noon. I got a call at work from my wife who was very pleased with their work. I have to say that I was impressed with their work as it progressed and equally pleased with the final outcome. They displayed professionalism and a solid work ethic, and stayed in contact as the work progressed to include offering subtle options in painting trim. Pride in workmanship is evident.

Great service. Luigi was prompt getting a quote for us right after we contacted him. Painters were professional and friendly. Luigi stayed in contact during the work to ensure quality service. Work was completed quickly. We will be using them again in the future.

Luigi promptly contacted me and stopped by to review the job and provided detailed quotation. His crew was professional and they did good work. They showed up when expected and completed the work in the estimated time. Luigi followed up at the end of the project to ensure we were satisfied.

We were extremely pleased with how well things went. We purchased the big deal for one room of painting for 99.00 and then had additional work beyond the deal we needed to be completed. Luigi was really easy to work with and pricing was very fair. Painting looks great! We would be happy to hire LRM Painting again should we need work done!

The job went very well with the painters arriving when expected and performing a professional job. We are very happy with the results.

It didn't go so well. They left speckled paint everywhere; they were supposed to come back and do some repairs. They also left some areas that were mudded and not painted.

This went fine. Scheduling was alright. The deal only covered 4 walls, so it did not cover the closet or ceiling, so there were extra charges. They did a good job painting.

From the very first call, I was very impressed with his approach. He showed lot of patience. He listened to the details of the Job. Since I had to handle the job from remote, he made it very comfortable for me during estimate process, discussions and while performing the job. He is able to finish the job well ahead of time within my tight timelines. I highly recommend him for any jobs. I will definitely use his services in future.

Luigi's was great about staying in touch although he initially tol us that it may take over 3 weeks to come to complete the contract. His painter that he sent came on a Sunday and finished within 4 hours. There were a few messy areas, but we were able to clean them up without issue.

Expertly finished painting our basement after another "painter" botched the job...After seeing that we had a great painter, we asked if he would consider painting our upstairs bathroom while here. Both rooms were finished to perfection! Thank you Luigi... Lisa B

The scheduling was complicated between our two busy schedules but we were able to place July 3. The painter was on time and very professional upon arriving to my home. When it became apparent that the end of the day was coming and more work was needed he informed me as soon as possible and requested if we could continue on the holiday, July 4. Upon arriving punctually on the 4th, I was pleased to see the final product completed beautifully and with clean lines in time for me to still enjoy my holiday. And he cleaned to boot. I would use this company again!

It went very well. They were on time and very professional. They communicated with me on the status and I was very pleased with the rooms that were painted.

Luigi was prompt when coming out to give us a quote for the work we wanted done. He answered all our questions, was very accommodating and professional. His bid was very reasonable and we accepted it. Mark and Jerry came to do the work. They were very well prepared, had all the right equipment and where friendly, professional and very concerned about customer satisfaction. They were very hard workers who paid great attention to detail, and the completed job looks wonderful. We are extremely happy with their work, and the concern they all voiced that we where satisfied with the job. We are usually and quot;do it yourselfand quot; people, but can no longer do this strenuous work, we are very happy we found this company and will definitely use them again.

I purchased the deal in march. and every time I call him to make an appointment he asks if I am with Angie's List and that he will have to call me back. He called back twice and tells me he can't get me in for a month and he will call to make an appointment. And he has done this 3 times and never actually gotten an appointment scheduled. He's constantly giving me the run around and seems to just not want to do the work.

The room looks beautiful and I have received a number of compliments.

These guys were just fantastic! I honestly can not say enough good things about their quality of work. They were extremely professional but also friendly and easy to talk to...they asked whenever they had any question about how I wanted something painted. Everything came out perfectly because of great communication. From start to finish, Luigi, Lou and Orson made it quick and painless process with absolutely stunning results. At the last minute (because they were doing such an awesome job) I added on my kitchen and they acted like it was no big deal. Sorry guys! Brought in an additional painter to finish the job on time. I'm already looking around my house to see what else I need painted. I will definitely be calling Luigi. It's nice to know you are getting a quality job at a really great price. :)

Luigi and his team were extremely professional and easy to get along with. The job was completed in two days. The professionalism of the painting is outstanding. My home has bull-nosed edges on all of my walls, he and his team knew how to paint these properly to ensure a clean and completed look. I would highly recommend Luigi to everyone looking to paint their home.

Luigi promptly returned our call requesting for an estimate. We had had hired another company previously but terminated them when they failed to do a satisfactory job. Luigi gave an estimate after inspecting our home and promised a superior job to include repairing drywall nail pops, patching holes, caulking trim, and repairing imperfections in wall surfaces. His crew, Louie and Nick, lived up to Luigi's promises. They were on time each day. They were very professional and the result was far superior to the previous contractor. Luigi kept tabs on the job and inspected both work in progress and the final result.

I got a timely response from the company, they told me that it wasn't available in my county. They told me to contact Angie's List for a refund.

Worker arrived on time and ready to go. Initially the job was supposed to take a day and a half, but the painter asked if he could stay later (about 7pm) to get it all done with in one day. He was responsive and clarified the project along the way. I felt very comfortable with the work and the progression of the project. The owner called me a couple times during the day to check in on the job to make sure I was happy. Very professional. Well worth it.

Luigi worked with my schedule and was able to work my job in on relatively short notice. They were able to get to my job in about 5-7 days and got it all done a few days before I had a party planned which was wonderful of them. They took care not to get paint on my furniture or new cabinetry in my kitchen. The painter was polite and courteous and he did a great job. he painter made no assumptions but asked me when he had questions to be sure that he did what I wanted done. I would definitely use them again. T

On a Saturday I purchased the one room $99.00 special, which did not include ceiling or closets. On Sunday, Luigi of LRM contacted me and we made arrangements for the service. Promptly at 8:30 a.m. the following Tuesday, Lou (I believe was his name), who said he had 13 years experience, arrived as scheduled and began painting. The bedroom is about 12x12 plus double closet. Lou was finished within three hours. Not only prompt, he was polite and courteous and never took a break. Meanwhile, Luigi had called twice asking if everything was okay. He also checked in later that afternoon again asking if I was satisfied, to call if we needed anything, and thanked us for our business as well as passed along greetings to my husband, whom he had spoken to one or two times on the phone. The total price included the ceiling, closet and closet baseboard. I was impressed with LRM's quick response to my purchase, accommodating my requested service date, timely arrival, courteousness on the phone, good paint job, and professional follow-up. I was a bit reluctant to make this purchase without talking to the contractor first, but it worked out to my satisfaction.
