It went very well. The owner, Luigi Mancini, did an excellent job coordinating the work and sent a crew out. The leader of the crew did a good job keeping everything in order and ensured that the work was done properly and that the clean up was good as well. I would highly recommend LRM painting to family and friends.

Everything was great and done to my satisfaction.

We hired LRM painting - Luigi and Jimmy Painting - to paint the majority of the interior of our house. Luigi appeared to be very professional, prompt and willing to work with us. He did an initial walk through of our house to provide an estimate, then brought his lead painter - Jimmy - in as well to do a walk through and provide input to the estimate. We thought the estimate was reasonable and promptly gave them a down payment of 25% and booked a start date. We had cleared the entire second floor in preparation of their start, removed all pictures, removed nails, moved furniture to the middle of the room, removed throw carpets etc. The next day Jimmy Painting - he and his cousin - showed up to start work. Later that afternoon Luigi stopped over to do a check in. He called me into the room Jimmy had been painting and began to explain Jimmy was upset because the job was not estimated properly. Jimmy threatened to walk off the job that day unless we paid more money. I was shocked! Jimmy had walked through the house himself before we agreed to the final estimate to start work. The house had already been torn apart and Thanksgiving was next month. I suspected they knew we would have a hard time finding a painter on short notice. We ended up paying nearly 60% more than the original quote. We experienced similar results as others - paint on our furniture and floors, holes unpatched, some of the window trim was flat out missed, windows were half painted, moldings were not calked, in fact the paint has already pulled apart from the crown molding in our bathroom. Our double hung windows were painted shut. We had to use a plastic knife to pry them open. The removable window lights were painted directly on the window frame. Several of the wooden panes split from the hardened paint when we tied to remove them to clean the windows. We would come home from work to find the thermostat turned up to 80 degrees - NO EXAGGERATION - and the windows opened in each room? I was speechless and ****** off! I felt taken advantage of and resentful that we were put in a position that nearly forced us to pay a more, then got mediocre results. This made me wonder if the bait and switch tactic was a regular practice to make more money off people in vulnerable situations. Beware if you do business with them - this could happen to you!

Excellent work ! All work was performed professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I had a lot of uneven drywall, nail pops and previous repairs fixed. The walls and ceilings look brand new, completely flat. Paint job was extremely high quality. The walls and ceilings on my house are VERY uneven, the trim line between the ceiling and walls is completely straight, absolutely perfect. The entire staff from Luigi to the painters were always professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have additional painting and this is the only company I will consider.

Excellent overall experience, I would recommend to family, friends, and others looking for a great paint company. All walls were prepped appropriately; while maintaining cleanliness around work area. I was provided competitive pricing, excellent customer service, and amazing quality work. Luigi and Keith went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Keith did not leave until I performed final walk through and was 100% satisfied. Thank you gentlemen for the A++ experience!

IT WENT VERY WELL. LUIGI, THE OWNER, WAS VERY RECEPTIVE TO WHAT WE WANTED AND WORKED VERY HARD TO ACCOMMODATE OUR NEEDS. LUIGI WAS VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS AND WAS GENUINELY INTERESTED IN GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THE PAINTERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY AND WAS SATISFIED BOTH TIMES. VERY PLEASED!!

Went extremely well. Walls were damaged from layers of wallpaper that we removed. LRM Painting repaired the walls so that all of the damage we created was gone, and the walls looked like new. I have used them three different times in three different houses, and was completely satisfied each time. They are not the least expensive but definitely worth the few extra dollars.

LRM Painting; Luigi and Jimmy quite literally saved us!!! The company I had originally hired to paint our home, pushed back the start day twice in two days. It is now Wednesday 8am, and with new furniture being delivered on Sunday, I had to find someone fast. I searched for a painter on the internet and received three calls within 15 minutes from Luigi of LRM painting and two other companies. He had someone at my home first and within one hour of my call I might add. We agreed upon a price, and they were painting by 11:30. Jimmy and his brother had everything done and cleaned up by 3:30 on Thursday whilst dealing with three different colors, trim, doors and molding all two coats; it was impressive. This allowed time for the electrician to hang new lighting and the carpet cleaner to clean the carpet on Friday, giving the carpet over a day to dry. LRM, Luigi, Jimmy and his brother couldn't have been more accommodating, and the job was done perfectly and ahead of an impossible deadline. I don't do many reviews, but I wanted to say what an excellent job Luigi and his team did. Luigi was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He has a laid back professionalism about himself that sets your mind at ease. His team was always on time, courteous, hard-working, and they cleaned up after themselves (which was imperative to me). Furthermore, Luigi was willing to work with us on our time schedule- which was important, since we wanted the job done quickly so the basement was ready to use for New Year's Eve. His fees were reasonable and his team did an amazing job on our basement. I would definitely contact him next time I need any painting done again.

It anticipated it going well. Luigi, the owner came out to do an estimate and was professional and thorough. He looked at everything and took lots of notes. He came back later with his crew boss to review the job. Even though the crew boss's English was his second language, it seemed like everything was communicated well. When it came time to do the work however, this crew wasn't the professionals I'd hoped they'd be. They did a good job painting-smooth even coats with an eye towards consistency. They just didn't do the things you expect a pro to do. Vents weren't removed and painted separately from the walls. Hardware wasn't all removed from doors and walls - the toilet tank wasn't masked so there was paint on it. The cable connectors, telephone jacks, wall switches and outlets were painted over. Maybe I got Luigi's B team crew. I think they could do the job, they just need better supervision and training on what a professional job looks like.

It all went very well! They were all great! Mr. Mancini promptly answered my phone message. He came over the next day to look at what I wanted done, and gave me a very reasonable price! That following Tuesday, 2 painters arrived early in the morning, covered everything in plastic and started painting. One and a half days later, they were done! The 2 painters I had were excellent, they even offered suggestions on how to make my house look even better! I could not have been happier, and would highly recommend them! Starting with Mr. Mancini himself, and then the painters, the whole experience was as wonderful as the paint job itself!!!!!!!

I called and got quotes from 5 different companies. Luigi was the first call I made and I left a message. He called me back within an hour of my call. Luigi came out to the house and we did a walkthrough of all of the rooms that we wanted painted. By the next day we had a quote. We were happy with the quote from Luigi and he also referred us to the Sherwin Williams paint color consultant. We did have the consultant come to the house and this helped us get all of our colors completed. Also Luigi estimated it would take 6 or 7 days. The painting crew was Jimmy and Andy. They showed up on the first day and were very helpful in explaining how they usually approached a big job like this. They started upstairs with the three bedrooms. They helped to move furniture in each room. They also covered everything with plastic to protect furniture and floors. After the 3 bedrooms were finished they moved on to the office and then the formal dining room and kitchen. Note that each day they covered furniture and floors with plastic and then took it up at the end of the day and helped move furniture back to living conditions. They saved the large two story foyer and family room to last along with the entry doors. Also note that they did repairs on walls including cracks, nail pops etc. uneven areas and wear marks from heavy usage. Note that the house was built in 2003 and still had original builders paint. It took the crew 6.5 days to complete. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the colors we picked and the painting work performed by Jimmy and Andy. If we need any further work inside or outside we will definitely call LRM.

The work was started the week promised and completed within four days. The painters cleaned up each day. The price included the cost of the paint.

Luigi was always on time and detailed in the pricing estimate with no areas left undiscussed, Jimmy the painter and his team were also very punctual and professional. I was home during the painting and he would often pull me in to discuss certain areas which could be tackled with various options - getting my decision before starting. He was very quick and professional in addressing minor changes which I wanted along the way, being willing and open to work with me. Overall, HIGHLY satisfied and will use again without a 2nd thought.

The crew did a great job cleaning up every day. They were on time and courteous. After the job was completed we inspected the work with no issues. LRM Painting did a great job.

Luigi came to my home the same day to review what I needed and followed with an estimate the following day. I agreed to work with him to get the job completed the following week. Although I had floor installers who were supposed to be finished prior, they were not done on time and Luigi's workers had to work around them as they finished. The painters were courteous and respectful of my property. The painting was completed on time and done efficiently and well. They moved the furniture and worked around my family needs. I would recommend them to anyone. I have had several contractors working on my home recently and LRM was the most helpful, respectful of my property, and efficient.

Very professional and friendly. They covered and taped off everything in my house (very thorough). Very hard workers. They had the entire project done and cleaned up in 6 hours. I purchased a $399 package via Angie's list for 3 interior rooms (2 coats, same color, not including paint). Additional costs included having them purchase the paint and painting the base molding. Excellent work! I will hire them again for future painting projects.

It want very well. They were very clear in communication, arrived always in time. Worked longer to finish the job. The painter (Jimmy and his partner) has very good paint knowledge on apperance liek color contrast, co-ordination etc... They also helped us to remove the shelves and paint that area. Overall tehy did an extellent job, and i would definitely hire them again.

They arrived on time, stayed late the first day so that they would be sure to finish on the second day. They moved the washer & dry so that they could paint behind it - They taped the ceiling and baseboards and covered everything with tarps. Total clean up afterwards.. Very professional, and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Totally satisfied with their work, and will definitely use them again!!

They weren't a bad painting company but they weren't particularly punctual and they changed the time and day a couple of times so they had to come back. They flirted my fathers caregiver and me a lot. There is a language barrier with the father and the son speaks broken English but the work was fine. When I was there it seemed like it was more important to flirt than to do the work though they did get the work done. The father did keep working and it seems the son is basically there as a translator, I'm not completely sure he did any work.

Luigi (owner) scheduled an appointment to see my project and discuss the details. He then sent two service professionals the following week to complete the work---they were polite, on time, extremely professional, and completed the project and clean up beyond my expectations. Botton line... the service was great however the price was not equivalent for the amount of work and time it took to complete the project.
