He came out, took a look and said that he would be back probably within a week. But that was over the holiday. A day or two later came up with a drawing schematic of everything and a list of all the plants and everything. He came out with the quote about nine days after the first appointment, when he came to look things over and talk about what we wanted and what he thought we could do. We worked together on a plan. Then he drew the plan up and brought it back and went over everything with us. He came in under what I thought he was going to come up with. He is just really good. You can tell that he really likes what he does. He is very thorough and very personable. We are like a repeat customer and it was over 10 years ago. He sent out a little communique saying that he would like to work with us again if we had any needs and gave us a percent off, upfront. I was going to call him anyway. It was nice to have him remember us. He came out pretty fast. He did a wonderful job the first time. He is very professional.

I had several estimates for the patio and we went with Castle because they were the most reasonable and had done some work at my In-Laws' house. The owner was very helpful with choosing the paver style and color. The guys worked very hard in some very hot weather for a little less than a week, and this is a large patio area. The foreman had some great suggestions for planting the bed we were planning beside the patio. The result is a beautiful space that perfectly matches the coloration of the home and is a pleasure to enjoy. The pavers have not heaved or moved at all with the changing season, and we noticed that the results were just as nice at my In-Laws' home, which is one of the reasons we liked this company. I would call this company again for any sort of landscaping, not just hardscape. They are great to work with, and the result is beautiful.
