Went well, the technician discovered a couple issues with my furnace I will need to followup on.

Carl and Randy were able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment! This was very satifactory with me. They drained the water heater. I would use this company again. We did discuss the cost of replacement of the water heater in the future and what size (# of gallons) I would need to adequately service the size of my house.

It went great. They were very professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing to me. It took them longer than expected, but they did not charge more than the agreed upon rate.

Arrived on time. Two people. Inspected and drained sediment from the water heater. This 14 year old water heater had never been drained. Answered questions: What is the condition? How much longer will it last? Should it be shut off when I'm on vacation? Is it venting properly? What is the condition of the flue pipe? If it is replaced what else needs to be done to keep up to code? What is the cost of replacement? What symptom will probably indicate it needs to be replaced? Does the anode need to be replaced?

Purchased a big deal off Angie's list. Company responded quickly and we scheduled service. Two very nice gentlemen arrived on time and performed the services. Also showed me how I could do routine maintenance myself, which I thought was really nice. Good experience!

Would Highly recommend! They are fast, friendly, and honest. They answered the phone when I called around 8pm and were at my house within 15 hours. After checking everything, it turned out that everything was fine so they only had to restart the pilot. Water heater working fine and will happily call again for any future water heater needs.

It went great. I had purchased The Big Deal and Al called almost immediately to set up an appointment. The two men who performed the service were right on time, efficient and very personable. They took the time to explain what they were doing as well as giving me idea of the overall condition of my water heater and an estimate of how much longer it might last.

They were wonderful! Prompt, professional, courteous, quick, and they explained the work that was done. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They told me my water heater is fine but I know it is about 12 years old... I'll give them a call when it dies!

Our water heater stopped working suddenly at night. Found Al's water heater has very possitive reviews on Angies list and contacted them. They kindly instructed what to test before asking them to come to our place. On site service was also very generous. Fortunately our problem was not very serious and they just replaced a small part and charged reasonably.

Had no hot water this morning, and found Al's on Angie's List. They were able to fit me in the same day and arrived exactly when they said they would. They inspected the water heater, cleaned some carbon off of it, made a small adjustment, and charged me just the service fee. They were very friendly & professional, and answered all my questions. Great service.

Very helpful. I asked lots of questions and he was more than happy to give information. We'll definitely use Al's service when we replace our water heater, which is going strong 15 yrs out!! The advice was to watch closely but do nothing else right now.

They were great! I want to adopt them! I bought this service through Angie's List Big Deal......(group on?) and they called me the next day and came over today.........i was concerned about the hot water heater because i haven't touched it since it was installed in 1997 and i am leaving for the summer and figured i had better have it checked out before i leave.........carl and his partner(?) just left and they did indeed inspect it (it is still working just fine) and drained it........i wondered how old it was and they called the company to find out for me since it had no date on the tank..........and they even fixed my dehumidifier.........when i need a new hot water heater, i will buy it from them!

This service was well done and punctual. The hot water did not smell as bad after this was done.

We discovered a large leak from our water heater on Saturday and called Al's after reviewing Angie's List and companies in our area. The person we talked to explained how to check to be sure it was leaking and not just from the valve, then he explained how to look it up and we found out that our water heater was still under warranty. He stated that because he couldn't get a warranty one until Monday they would get it then and install it, which they did, Monday afternoon. They were helpful, professional and punctual.

I wanted to replace my old water heater before it failed. I had looked online at the cost for a unit and also got a quote from my heating/ cooling provider. Since it was so expensive I started digging into Angies list reviews. Al's Water Heater Sales and Service made sense to me because thats all they do. They beat other prices I got by $300 and $400. I called about 9AM and we discussed getting the correct water heater and I got a price over the phone. They carried 3 quality brands so thoses were my choices. I made arangements and they were to my house by noon the same day as we agreed. They were done and gone by about 2:30PM. I did help the time process along by draining the water from the tank before they arrived, but it all went fast. They were nice guys, they were clean and did not smoke. They put down covering on my carpet. They got the water heaters in and out of a tight space quickly with no damage to the house. I paid by check and the the water heater is working fine this evening. If all you need is a water heater it is worth it to give these folks a call. Just don't be surprised at the base price of a water heater. They have doubled in price from 10 or 15 years ago.

Our water heater started to fail on a Wednesday morning. By 3pm we had a new water heater installed. After reviewing our options over the phone, we had decided on a new water heater that happened to be in stock. Luckily they had availability later that day for installation. The team brought tarps to lay down, protecting the carpet. Within an hour they had rolled the old water heater out the front door and the new one installed.

This company is amazing!!! I called last night after 8 PM and a person actually answered and took pertinent information regarding the problem. I wanted them to come to the house at 1:30 and they showed up on time. They assessed the situation and determined the water heater needed to be replaced. They had the water heater installed within an hour. They are professional, clean, honest, and do an exceptional job. The job cost exactly what they provided in the estimate and they gave me the $10 Angies List discount. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They are great and I would use them again.

Water Heater was leaking all over the basement floor they did phone troubleshooting, and analysis of my make an model over the phone, and had it replaced with a new Water Heater installed to code (the old one wasn't compliant anymore) within 8 hours after first walking me through what to do before they got there. Fortunately for me there was a floor drain right under the old one. Great service, quality and VERY prompt work. These guys are VERY good.
