Description of Work: I called Al's because my water heater had been making loud banging noises. The heater was about 12 years old. I thought it would be best to replace it. Al's brought and installed a water heater the same day I called. They cleaned up and hauled away the old heater. Did a good job. I was pleased with the work

Description of Work: Al came early and that was fine. |He gave us good advice on our water system, tested the tank and said the water was excellent quality & clear with no sludge and did not need to be drained. He was right and we were glad to have his services and advice about how to avoid a problem by adding a drain in the cellar at some point.

Description of Work: got a deal off of Angie's list. was a little late because he misplaced my papers, but apologized and came within 20 minutes of my call. flushed the water heater as scheduled, then replaced a pressure valve for me which was not scheduled. Not only did he not charge me for labor to replace the valve, (just the cost of the part), he ended up running out to the local hardware store to get the right part.

Description of Work: He came over for a deal we purchased for a water heater inspection. He was on time and did a great job, the drain valve was slightly leaky after he left but he came back the following day to fix and told us it is an old valve that had been wearing down and may need replaced. We were very happy with his services.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater. The initial response was very fast. One worker came in within an hour of my call to get an initial look at the space and to check on the size needed. The actual replacement was done the same afternoon. They covered the rug over which the old heater was removed and new heater carried in. Excellent service.
