Description of Work: They examined the water heater and performed routine maintenance. We had been having a specific problem and they checked out possible causes. They told us that we did have an older heater, but that there was no need to replace it at the present time. They gave us an estimate on purchase and installation on a new unit when it is needed. We will definitely call them when it is time to replace.

Description of Work: They flushed our hot water heater out to remove sediment at the bottom. They arrived on time (actually a half hour early) and completed the service quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and professional.

Excellent.
Description of Work: Hot water heater not working in a foreclosed property I purchased. It had been turned on and off over a 4-6 month period during the winter months. Turns out the only problem was it was in a "lock out" mode and Carl was able to get it up and running and it has not been a problem since. No parts needed so it was just a service call fee of $75.00. Very reasonable I thought.
