 + -1 moreWent very well. Called him at about 10:30 am that fridge was not working. Said he would be here between 2 and 4. Arrived about 3. Went right to work / possibly know if what to fix. Very quiet but pleasant / professional and through. Defrosted frosted coil. Replaced the defective part which he had in his truck. Was done about 4:00. Charged $ 70 for service call; $40 for labor ; $57 for part. Less expensive e than others quoted and was the only one who could come the same day. Great job.
Description of Work: Fixed refrigerator that was not working. Replaced a part that was not working. Maintained a clean work place and cleaned up after.

Description of Work: He came out to look at my refrigerator. It had stopped being cold inside it, and everything in the freezer was defrosting. Told me that my compressor had burned out. Not worth sinking money into, appliance was 10 years old.

 + -1 moreThe experience overall was very positive. The receptionist at the office was responsive and professional. Scheduling a service tine was easy. The repair person was on time and efficient. The cost was slightly higher than others called, but they delivered results the first time.
Description of Work: Our front load washer would not drain. The service person trouble shot the issue based on the info. He disassembled the washer, starting with the drain, where he discovered a sock. This remedied the problem
