We used Jesse of Golden Shores Realty as our realtor when purchasing a new home this year. She was outstanding! She showed us the home and took us back again when we said that we wanted to take pictures. She answered every question that we had and worked with us whenever we had questions. She gave us great advice when it came to financing, explaining all of the items on good faith estimates from potential mortgage lenders. She provided necessary paperwork directly to the lender and did all that she could to help us. Jesse also gave us the names of 3 local building inspectors and, after we selected and made arrangements with an inspector, she made arrangements for him to be able to do the inspection since we were not in the local area. Although the seller had many questions and insisted on seeing an attorney to review every single aspect of the purchase agreement, she kept things friendly and professional at all times. Jesse made sure that we got everything we needed and that the home came with a one-year warranty paid for by the seller. After the sale, she gave us a personalized entry rug and wall painting as a house warming present. I would never consider using any other realtor in the area and would encourage anyone in the area to use her services. As soon as we finish our kitchen remodel, I will invite her to lunch to thank her for the wonderful service.
