Budget Blinds

I cannot find the words to Properly describe how pleased I was with the entire interaction and process I experienced with Budget Blinds-Charlotte (Kirt Austin). I found him to possess all of the things that I expect and definitely appreciate to be nothing short of OUTSTANDING, and that says a lot in our dealings with most businesses post pandemic. He was timely, professional, exhibited a wealth of knowledge, and patient. Last but not least, I am thrilled with the window treatment I chose and it looks marvelous. I understand why all ratings I have read for this business are TOP RATED, and that is something you do not always see. I have and will continue to recommend him to all I know who are in the market for window treatment.

The whole process was professionally done. Kirt was on time for the initial appointment and guided me through options to solve the sunlight problem. The pricing for the solar shades was very fair, I had done some Internet research in the past, so I decided to ask about the cellular shades too. It took about 5 weeks between order date and installation date. On installation day, Kirt called earlier than the time scheduled to say he was available to do the work right away, if that fit my schedule. It definitely did. Kirt and his colleague were very courteous and asked permission whenever they needed to do anything like move furniture or use a spot on the floor to unbox the window treatments. They were organized and cleaned up everything, even taking away my sad old roller shades for me. Overall, an excellent experience and I recommend them.

Kirt showed up on time for both the estimate, the measuring, and the installation. He's easy to reach by phone and communicates well. It was a big job, but he handled it professionally and with pride. We didn't have any window coverings in the house when we bought it, and it has a lot of floor to ceiling windows, with 3 walls essentially nothing but windows. The formal rooms have elegant transom designs that we did not want to hide. He worked with us to design a great layout and color scheme. The draperies arrived when promised and were installed as promised. He's a one-man operation, assisted by his wife. I would highly recommend him.
