I was very happy with the estimate I got from Corey, and he explained how things were going to be done. I had the waterproofing done on one entire wall of my basement, and a sump pump put in, on one of the coldest days of this year, and the guys were great, they put up plastic to keep things from getting dusty, and they were done in 1 day!! I was very impressed! I did have a tiny leak, a few days later, but the company sent someone out almost immediately, and that was resolved. I highly recommend this company, and know that I went with the best!!!

We initially hired Bluebird to waterproof and encapsulate our crawlspace. They did a great job and so we hired them again to repair some joists. Once again, the work was great. We did encounter an unexpected problem with an old sump line, but after sending an email to Bluebird, they were willing to come right out and fix the problem. I even spoke with the owner, Troy, and the way he handled the problem made me feel like a valued customer. There are always problems in home repair projects; the companies worth hiring are the ones who are quick to fix the problems. Bluebird is a company worth hiring.

We sought bids from five companies, and Bluebirds was the best. The estimator was professional and courteous, with no sales talk. His description of the work necessary was the most sense to us, and although we had not originally noticed it, at the end of the day, the Bluebird bid was also the lowest. The crew arrived on time, with proper COVID protocols, and Jake explained everything they were going to do and then went about it. The job was completed on time, and the clean-up was good, too. There were a couple of punch list items, and they came out promptly to address them. I would recommend this company for sure.

Troy was great! He was able to quickly come in and diagnose what was going on in our basement and help us create a plan of action to fix our basement in the near future.

Troy and Ryan were always aware of possible jobs variables and made it a point to include homeowner in final decision. Even if it meant a reduction in the cost. Who does that? THEY DO. Started project on time, thorough and neat right down to the clean up. Did I mention and pleasant and professional. Would definitely consider Bluebird CFW for future projects.
